Had a positive experience at Capital of Cary after having not such a positive experience from a neighboring dealership. Ms. April Flowers was so helpful and personal. She worked hard to meet my auto needs to help make a deal with my trade and get good deal on a new vehicle (Mazda.)

Edit: taking this down a few stars because I just discovered I was signed up for a level of warranty package I did not agree to and I remember specifying my choice verbally multiple times. Will be returning on Monday when they’re open and hopefully this will get resolved, would hate to end up with a higher car payment than I agreed to because of dealership error and will be steering folks away from this dealership if this can’t be resolved. Messing with people’s money is not a great way to build a reputation.
Just signed a lease on a new CX-30 and it was a much lower stress process than I anticipated, April Flowers was very helpful and kind, I’d recommend working with her if you’re in the market for a Mazda.

Had a not so great experience when purchasing a vehicle here but thought it wasn’t representative of the vehicle and that it didn’t matter. After purchasing a brand new vehicle, problems after problems! And to make matters worse, the service department is absolutely TERRIBLE. To schedule an appointment is a long wait (should tell you all you need to know), advisors never answer their phones, and some issues they “don’t know how to fix” can be solved by a simple search online. Would not recommend this location and after this experience, would probably not recommend Mazda.

Third vehicle we've purchased from them and the experience has been consistently excellent. Buying a car is not my favorite thing to do but they made the process as smooth and pain free as possible. April in sales was particularly outstanding - professional, attentive, and responsive before and after the sale. Highly recommended!

I had a mixed experience during my visit. While MJ and Asheley were both fantastic and provided great service, I was disappointed with Theresa. She was rude, loud, and made an offhand remark asking ‘who are those people?’ which came off as very mean-spirited. I hope this can be addressed to ensure a better experience for others in the future.

Theresa, the car saleswoman, was extremely disrespectful. I told her my budget and she didn’t have any cars in my budget available to show me. I told her I was willing to drive a higher trim model, in hopes of at least test driving a vehicle. She kept looking for older models that weren’t available to test drive instead of giving me an opportunity to test drive anything. I repeated myself at least 3 times saying “I don’t mind test driving a new model”. Her initial response was to keep looking for cars in my budget, which was fine. She wanted me to come back during the week to drive a car in my budget that would be available on Monday. I told her that I’m a student on clinical rotations and I work, so weekends work best. After no luck, I told her again that I’m willing to test drive something outside of my budget. Her response was “I don’t want to put you in a vehicle you can’t afford, and put your hopes down”. I told her it was fine, I’m willing to at least see if I like it. Again, she repeated the same response “I don’t think you are understanding what I’m saying. I don’t want to put you in a vehicle you can’t afford”. I asked her one more time thinking she didn’t understand what I was saying, and again, she had the same response. So I left because I have never been disrespected like that IN MY LIFE. You have no idea what I can afford, as I had more room in my budget to work with then I let on. This experience was condescending to say the least and it took everything in me not to lose my temper. A very special thank you to David Diaz for calming me down before I left. If I do business with this dealership, it’ll only be with him.
