We came in 10:30am on a Saturday because we were advised by Chase to go to a Chase bank branch to follow up on a credit card application with identity verification. Mike greeted us right when we stepped in. We did not have an appointment and Mike said the 1 banker currently working was fully booked that day. Mike stated although he was not a banker, he would try to help us figure out what needed to be done. We went into his office and he followed the instructions we were given to verify my identity. The in person verification process took about 10 minutes and we were approved! We REALLY appreciate Mike going outside of his role to at least see if he could do anything to help. He could have easily said we needed to make an appointment or come back another day when a banker was available. Thank you Mike!”

“Fran is a gem and an angel of a human being! I came into the branch today because I was having a lot of trouble transferring some funds from FCB to another bank (in NY state), which resulted in a lot of fees and headaches. She was extremely proactive and suggested she call the NY bank manager to figure it all out. Right there, she has already gone ⭐ABOVE and BEYOND.⭐
Unfortunately, the NY branch manager was extremely rude to the both of us, at one point withholding basic information about my account, being vague, and telling me to “go on the app” to figure it out. When I told him I was on the app, but couldn’t read it, he said, “then go print it out.” It was atrocious customer service from the NY branch manager and Fran was RIGHT THERE with me to help navigate. It felt so good to have someone on my side to help. She spent almost an hour with me, speaking to other branches and getting it all sorted with dogged determination. In a world of managers who say, “just go look on the app,” Fran is a diamond!! ?

Chad went above and beyond with me, and I feel confident moving forward with Truist. If you have complicated issues to figure out, Chad will talk through everything with you and ensure that you’re getting the best deals that Truist has to offer. I highly recommend this branch and their online credit card helpline was very helpful as well this morning before they directed me to go to a branch in-person for my issue.”

Tristin (the lead banker) always goes above and beyond for any customer. He is tentative and understanding. He is patient when I am explaining what I need taken care of and it is completed when I am at the branch or if not, it is completed same day and he ALWAYS follows up to let me know the status.
