We just completed the interview our dog which is required before boarding. Everyone was welcoming to us and our pet. Our pet seemed happy when we picked her up. The process was very easy. We loved the picture they took of our dog too! We have booked a boarding stay.

My dog has been here multiple times, and most times he has gotten sick or gotten injured. This past week is the last time hes coming back. When we picked him up, he had a huge raw spot on skin on the side of his head. Nobody told us. He smelt terrible too, and he was wet. He also got very bad kennel cough twice and he has to be on antibiotics. This place is very neglectful towards your dogs.

Perfect location to USA Baseball National Training Facility. The staff was pleasant and our dog loved the experience. We are Camp Bow Wow customers across the nation as we travel for baseball. Every experience has been incredible! This visit was for camp and enrichment! Definitely will be back ♥️ Thank you for loving on our Deuce!

Boarded my dog here for a long weekend and at first everything seemed fine as I was able to watch her on the cameras, then Sunday the dogs weren’t taken out to the play rooms. Monday morning and afternoon the dogs still weren’t out in the playrooms. I had asked a friend to come pick up my dog just to save us a stop as we were driving back from NY. My friend said when he picked her up the leash was soaking wet, but he grabbed her and walked out. The staff made no mention of anything amiss, just gave her over to him. He said outside he smelled the leash and it was clearly urine soaked. My dog was taken home and when she got out, my friend noticed his whole back seat smelt terrible and was very wet and he realized that she was soaked in urine. We were still driving home but my husband called Camp bow wow to see what was going on. They said she must have laid in urine outside and that dogs need a bath after boarding. She was very dismissive. There is no way our 9 year old dog would be walked outside and then just lay in a puddle of urine! And since I was watching the cameras and didn’t see any dogs in the playrooms, clearly another dog didn’t get excited and pee on her while playing or something. I’m left to assume they never walked her, she was neglected and that forced her to pee in the kennel and they just grabbed her and gave her to my friend without trying to clean her up at all. I’m worried that my dog was left in a crate all Sunday and Monday morning with no attention. If an accident did happen I would expect the staff to try and dry her off and give some kind of explanation while someone is picking her up. The lack of explanation and dismissive attitude seems like there was animal neglect and abuse, I would never bring my dog back here again.

I rescued my boy Spot about a year ago and he came to me with a TON of anxiety! He was afraid of everyone and everything! After I started taking him to Camp Bow Wow, he began to relax a bit and gained some confidence! The staff is so attentive to all of the campers and really go above and beyond! It was his birthday a few weeks ago and I mentioned that when I dropped him off. They asked if he could have treats, and I said of course! I didn't expect what they actually did for him! When I picked him up later that day, I was handed a bag of B-day presents for him, including chew toys, a ball, and treats, AND a B-day card with a few pictures of him having fun that day, that everyone had signed! What an amazing gesture by a truly amazing staff! We moved from Cary to DT Raleigh a few months ago, and it's not terribly convenient to take him there anymore, but I'll never take him anywhere else and I'll drive a little further to know that he's well taken care of when he's not with me!

Everything about Camp Bow Wow is amazing. The staff is wonderful and treated my dog as well as I do. She had a great time and made some pup friends, after she got used to being around so many dogs at once! She's a shy girl, but came out of her shell eventually. Highly recommend their services for day care and boarding!

My dog gets so happy when he goes to day care, and leaves the happiest pup at the end of the day, and is exhausted from fun.The staff are all very nice and provide great service.

We have boarded our dogs here multiple times. The good things about this place are they have plenty of play areas for the dogs and dog play time comes as part of the dog's stay. Also, there are cameras in the play areas so you can check on your dogs during play time. They will feed your dogs food you bring for them and didn't charge extra for this. They will take an adorable picture of your dog - I don't know if they do this every stay or just your first one.
The bad things: one of the front desk people verges on rudeness when talking with us. Heaven forbid we have a question or try to see if our dog beds fit in their small bin in order for my dogs to be allowed to have the beds with them. The dog runs are not very big and if you have two dogs they'll put them both in one run. To be fair, the dogs are in play time a lot of the time and not in their run as much as other places. Also, It is very loud in the dog run area because there are so many dogs. Another thing is the lobby overwhelmingly smells like dog urine. And I don't get the sense that they care about my dogs.
I don't love bringing my dogs here but I haven't found a boarding place that is any better.

The entire staff here is incredible. They are always super friendly and you can tell they all love dogs which makes a huge difference when talking about the care of your dog. We drive out of the way to this location specifically for the people.

Camp Bow Wow is a great place that my dog enjoys going as well as I am excited to send her there. We've done mostly the doggie daycare and every time has been a fantastic experience! The staff is very personable and is great with the dogs (even challenging ones). We've used the overnight stays several times and it is great knowing that when I come home tired from a trip that she will also be tired! I know she's in good hands as they communicate if they need something and the availability to check in via cameras on the long stays. Overall fantastic!
