I recently visited this auto shop close to my home in Cary because of a piece hanging in my under carriage and Carlos was so attentive right upon me pulling up as I was so confused what was wrong with my car and they got me in promptly and fixed my issue right away! This was not my first time as I previously had my brakes repaired here and the service was also amazing. I will continue to return for all my auto repairs! Really great service and friendly people.

Camacho’s is by far the best auto shop I have been to in NC. Customer service is impeccable! I have had one too many last minute instances and they have always squeezed me in. You don’t have to linger far because service is not only fast but also well done. They do not see you as a quick buck and will always give you choices from the most economical and priority to everything needed for your car overall. Top tier, they treat you as family.

Everyone at Camachos is “muy amable” but Carlos has been especially helpful throughout the years. I’ve been taking my vehicles to Camachos for almost a decade and they’ve always been very kind and helpful. They are less expensive than other Cary mechanics and they don’t try to upsale or charge you for things that you don’t need. They do good honest work and I would recommend them anyone.

Bad service...I paid for an oil and filter change and they did not change the filter. I don't know if his workers do it by order of the owner or by their own decision.

HIGHLY recommend!! No Appointment required for oil changes or state inspections- I arrived at 8:40 am and my oil change was complete and I was on my way by 9:10 am. Very professional staff and fair prices. I got 5 quarts of synthetic for my GMC Terrain for $85 and they did not try to sell me anything extra that I didn't need. They also have a second location less than 10 min from the original that is open on Saturdays (8-1 I think?). This is now my go-to spot for any car repair needs.
