Very poor pedicure initially so had to return to have redone without much success. Have had many pedicures..this place seems more interested in volume and rapid turnover. As stated in previous reviewer comments-communication is lacking. Also I am accustomed to the pedicure instruments that are being used, being autoclaved/sterilized..this is not the case. Sadly would NOT recommend using this salon.

I decided to check them out. Had only been there once and that was to get my eyebrows waxed. Walked in without an appointment. My tech was so sweet, friendly and gave me exactly what i asked for.

My recent visit to the nail salon left me with mixed feelings, and I'd like to offer some constructive criticism in the hope of seeing improvements in the future.Firstly, while the staff was friendly, I felt that there was a lack of communication when it came to understanding my preferences. It would be beneficial if the staff could take a little more time to discuss and ensure they fully comprehend the customer's desired nail style, length, and shape.The cleanliness and hygiene of the salon could use some attention. While it wasn't unsanitary, there was room for improvement in maintaining a consistently spotless environment. I believe stricter adherence to sanitation protocols and a more organized workspace would greatly enhance the salon's appeal.The quality of the manicure I received was decent, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of precision and attention to detail. Some uneven edges and slight imperfections were noticeable upon closer inspection.Moreover, the overall ambiance could benefit from a more relaxing atmosphere. Soft background music and a more tranquil setting would enhance the overall experience.In conclusion, with a little more focus on communication, cleanliness, attention to detail, and creating a serene atmosphere, this nail salon has the potential to provide a more satisfying and enjoyable experience for its customers. I hope these points are taken into consideration for future visits.Services: Foot massages

I came in later in the day and they were able to squeeze me in before closing for a mani/pedi. I was treated exceptionally well and my nails look fabulous!Services: Pedicure

The lady who did my nails was rushing, even tho I did arrive at 5:30pm and they closed at 7. My nails were supposed to be almond but they were more roundish which looked terrible. There was still dried glue under my nails and I went to pick at it and somehow it peeled off my top coat. This was before I even left the salon. Then literally 4 days later I break a nail. This was my first and last time coming here.

I just moved and decided to try as I live close by. Probably the worst and most expensive mani pedi I ever had. They barely shaped my nail. They cut me while taking the cuticles. Now my finger has still cuticles and blood under it. They applied the mail polish and after a few hours is already dull and scratched. Very unfriendly personnel all around. Just terrible. I would definitely avoid it.Services: Pedicure

I'm hell on my nails but Sam always hooks me up! Every experience I've had has been great! Staff is friendly and talented. I never go in with a plan but always leave happy as can be! Thankyou Sam for being so amazing at what you do!

First of all, they are friendly!! They are Vietnamese.
The store was very large and had a factory-like atmosphere.
He's really old, but his hands are fast.
I prefer to receive tips in cash :)
(But I didn't have cash, so I paid with a card.)
