I love Bright Horizons Clubhouse at West Cary! What an exciting place for kids... my kids love Mr. Eric.. he's kind and empathetic towards the kids... I routinely drop my kids off at this location for backup care and they love it! The center director Ms. Angela Whitted is fantastic! Really hardworking and professional person whose leadership is reflected in the culture at this location. Overall, 5 stars!

I love this center! I cannot say enough good things about the teachers and center directors. If you are looking for a warm, welcoming center where you feel like family - this is it!We started our son in the infant class with Ms. Shri who ensured we felt welcome and well-cared for as we transitioned from home to daycare working with us to adjust to new schedules and routines. We are now in the toddler class with Ms. Chew who has the most positive and happy personality, greeting us with a big smile every day. Our little guy absolutely loves her! Mr. Adam, Ms. Casey, Ms. Angela and Ms. Kezia (as well as so many other staff) have all been instrumental during our time at Bright Horizons Clubhouse. I am thankful to have found a home away from home.Thank you Clubhouse team! You are all rockstars!

My daughter thrived in the pre-K classroom at the Clubhouse. She had a great time with the teachers and came home talking about how much she enjoyed the books they read. They sparked a love of writing for her and she would come home wanting to practice writing her name and other words. The Clubhouse is a beautiful and clean building with well-equipped classrooms and stations for kids to play and learn in. The location is very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food served is nutritious. The playground area is spacious and has nice equipment. Emails and app updates provide news and photos for parents so we can see what happened during the day and what is coming up.

My son has been attending Clubhouse’s summer camp for the past couple weeks and has done random drop in days throughout the year when Wake county schools are closed. We have had such a wonderful experience each time we’ve used the facility. The camp teachers come up with creative new activities for the school agers to do everyday. My son is on the shyer side and every morning the teachers help him feel comfortable and get him engaged in something fun. They also take the time to put in a number of photos of his day so I can see all the great things he’s doing. Our last camp experience at another facility was less than ideal, so once we came to Bright Horizons all of our worries disappeared because we knew our child was safe, cared for and in a clean and nurturing environment facility. In addition, the office staff has also been friendly and very helpful. Thank you Angela and Melissa for helping create a wonderful center for children!

The place is clean, nice, and looks great... but not all shiny things have great value.I was traveling for business and used this location as an emergency daycare for my kid."This child care center provides a combination of back-up care and full-service child care. It is open to the community as well as sponsoring client organizations. When space allows, children attending for a day of back-up care join classrooms with children who regularly attend. During “peak use” when many children are attending, the center has dedicated classrooms and caregivers for children who are just there for a day of back-up care. Our center is specially designed to help children feel safe and secure, and to ease their transition into their new environment. We welcome your child with our warm, welcoming facility, engaging opportunities for play and discovery, and experienced child care experts. Our teachers and caregivers are trained to ensure that you and your child receive individual attention, starting with a World Class Welcome in the morning, and ending with a summary of how your child spent his or her day." this is a description of this location…He is 3, and not speaking yet at the time. On the second day they told me that if he does not behave properly, I will be called for early pickup. On day 3 they called me before I even reached work to pick him up because he was throwing stuff and attempting to leave...Yes, he did all those things. You are not very good at what you do if you do not understand a 3-year-old kid’s behavior while adjusting to a new environment.Their incompetent staff and management disrupted my business trip. Luckily, people at work understood the situation. This location should not participate in this program at all. Also, the director of that establishment called me to discuss the situation and she developed some attitude during the conversation because I gave her some criticism. Not a good experience for my family.

We have sent our kids to multiple Bright Horizons locations (because of career changes on our part), and we have been so impressed the Clubhouse. From the leadership through to the classroom teachers, everyone has been incredibly responsive, clearly dedicated to the students, and great at communicating what's happening. We've been really pleased at how the center is keeping children and staff as safe as possible during COVID while still maintaining a great variety of enriching activities for the kids.

I'm writing this review two years after my child attended this facility.I've come back to say that I can not recommend this business. We transferred our child to Bright Horizons when we first moved into the area. Our child had no issues at his previous daycare before coming to Bright Horizons. But our child was kicked out of Bright Horizons WITH NOT A SINGLE DAY TO TRANSITION TO ANOTHER DAYCARE OPTION because our 2 year old child who is diagnosed as mildly autistic liked to play with doors. My wife and I both work so this was a major issue for us. If that sounds reasonable to you then by all means, feel free to come to this place. Be aware that what happened to my family may happen to you. Most kids are not diagnosed with autism till they are older - like 3 or 4 years old so this businesses inability to cope may be a problem for you.To be blunt though, I don't think the issue was with our child. We found another daycare two blocks away on short notice who took our child and had absolutely no issue with them. They in fact offered to take them on a permanent basis after several weeks. We like the new place but decided to transferred to another daycare who supported special needs kids in Raleigh. Our child's new teacher loved our son so it all worked out for the best. To summarize:- Three schools had no issue with our child and this one throws him out with no ability to transition. - The staff that had an issue with my child are still showing up on their web site as of this posting.- The the level of empathy and professionalism demonstrated at this business is, in my opinion, lacking. Buyer beware.

We began taking our kids to the Clubhouse after moving from out of state. Everyone there was extremely helpful and made the transition much easier than it would have been otherwise. The kids felt at home right away and still love it. The facility and staff are great, and we appreciate all that they do for our kids.

I moved my 5 year old daughter to this program after having a not so great experience at another local preschool. She went from dreading going to school at the other place, to being excited and looking forward to going to BH. She went from not wanting to tell me anything about her day at the last place, to joyfully telling me everything that happened from the moment I pick her up at BH. I cannot believe the difference. I only wish I’d made the change sooner! The facility is amazing, her teacher Ms Brandy is so warm, patient and caring (my daughter regularly tells me unprompted that Ms Brandy is her favorite teacher ever ❤️), the Director Angela is so positive, friendly and welcoming- the whole staff is. They do such a great job incorporating learning with fun activities and really seem to understand the way to engage young children. I love love love this place and will be sending my other children here for sure.

My son has been going to this place for almost three years during trackouts.. Its very well run and everyone working there is very nice. My son likes it there and has made many friends. It's very easy to schedule with them. They have also started offering lunch recently which works great for me. Highly recommend this place.
