The infant and toddler teachers, along with the administration staff are all great. I would definitely recommend this center. When we started, they met my daughter where she was developmentally and very thoughtfully talked through it with us and that is something that really meant a lot to my husband and I. They truly care about the children, and it shows. Ms. Portia and Ms. Brandie are the best. After drop-off everyday, I knew my daughter was in great hands and that peace of mind was everything. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful experience at this center. We decided to leave due to my toddler getting sick often (which I know is normal). Overall, we had a great experience as a family and plan to return when our little one is a bit older.

We were at Bright Horizons Harrison Park for eight years. It is a loving environment for kids, where both of mine were cared for and supported. Not only that, but they have great food, and great outdoor space. We feel so lucky that we found this location, and couldn't be more thankful for everything they've done for our kiddos.

These teachers and staff go above and beyond to create a creative, welcoming and safe space for the kids. We could not be happier with our choice to send the kids to Bright Horizons at Harrison Park (2s through after-school program). Mira, Brandon, Victoria, Kathryn, Kelsey, Mimi, Ecta, Tracy, Kirstie, Chris, Bethany, Misty, Erica, Katrina and Mary are bright stars. <3

We have had such great experiences at this Bright Horizons location, through all the teachers and administration. We started our son here as an infant and it was a very difficult decision to leave when a place closer to home had a spot for him. We ended up returning. The staff and teachers are consistent and supportive and we’re so grateful for the blessing it is to our family. Can’t say enough good things about how it has helped our son and family.

If you are anxious just like i used to be about enrolling your kid in day care, dont worry at all. The staff at Bright Horizons is amaaaaaazing! Super kind, welcoming and they looked after our lil one so well, taught him many important life lessons as well. The food is great and they get to learn so much by playing. kids spend a good amount of time outside in nature. Definitely one of the bestest day care (it is more than a day care). We worked with Ms. Imani and Ms. Erika. They are just angels!

My son loved this daycare, as did I, the only reason we had to leave was because they didn't have a Junior Kindergarten program. It is evident that the teachers here their job and love children. I really admired how they handled Covid procedures and how quickly and efficiently they work to get children back into the facility after having Covid related symptoms.

Facility demonstrated bad judgement during difficult Covid times. My child has a tendency towards a cough. I have been with the facility since my child was 4 months old all the way until 4.5 years. We have had our ups and downs with the facility, but I feel like I've been decently willing to bend and work with them, even with adjustment problems from classroom to classroom over the years. But this one instance crossed the line and would warn parents to be mindful of a place that treats human beings like this. I submitted a negative Covid test out of curtesy because my child had a cough. Normally, they will call the Covid team to expedite the entry if you show up with your child in the morning. A front desk administrative employee demanded my child and I stand out in the rain while the Covid test cleared. As annoyed as I was, I complied. A significant time later, I went back in asking if they had called. She looks me dead in the face and says "I'm not comfortable doing that, I'm gonna have to ask you to step outside" and again I stand outside with my 4 year old in the rain. My husband is furious at this point and calls the center and it gets cleared up immediately. I would like to add that the director of the facility is sitting right next to this individual. She later justifies the employees behavior through regulation. I am not inclined to leave a review that does not reflect actual childcare quality, but I believe that human decency and basic common sense are required for any reputable institution. Such a disappointment to the lasting relationships that my child and I did make there for the past 4 years, but one must stand up when faced with injustice and unkindness of this nature.

If you have a child with special needs or even the mildest developmental delays, avoid.

We love Bright Horizons for our kids (ages 3 years and 6 months). It's so clear that the teachers really love what they're doing, and they act with the utmost professionalism. The center communicates important information in a timely manner, and while strict, I believe the COVID protocols have helped keep our kids safe. Our oldest has a lot of feelings and can be a handful, but his teacher is always so compassionate and patient with him. And our youngest is clearly very attached to her teachers-- I love to know they dote on her! I highly recommend BH!

I cannot say enough good things about Bright Horizons at Harrison Park. The staff are incredible. Our son has absolutely thrived there. They are incredibly caring, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It really is a family-friendly school environment, not just a daycare. I highly recommend!

My daughter loves going to school here everyday! The teachers are always very responsive to my requests and communicated very well. Dropping off is a breeze with all the friendly staff to guide her to her classroom. The food served here is also a major plus. She eats better at school than she does at home! You really won’t be disappointed by the education and care your child will get here!

This place really is more like family than just a daycare - my son learned so much in Kindergarten-Prep (and loved his friends/teachers) and my infant was so well-loved by her teachers. The administration is so friendly and responsive. We joined BH Harrison Park during COVID-19 and I was impressed with how they handled all of the new procedures and evolved them on short notice. I 100% felt safe with everything about this location.
