As truck driver please ? don’t come here appointment 05:00 am got dock at 9:50am it will take my entire day to unload. Beside this if you coming here come around the building, there is no way to get behind the building from front. This place is soooo tight can’t maneuver easily.

Alex Johnson remember the name. Every individual you encounter has a choice. Whether to raise the bar of customer service or walk by every customer that may need help. I waited in the customer service line for approximately 15-20 min the representative was busy and another associate walked from behind counter and past me. When I got to counter the representative asked that I go to sales floor to get ticket item. Meaning I would wait again. When I got back the line there were three more people to wait behind. The associates running the front registers were busy but Alex came over and asked to help me. He helped my husband and I load the product and made us feel important not just like we are another number. Alex you deserve an atta boy and I hope you know you are appreciated!

I love going to bjs been a member for 5 years but clearly I go to grocery shop every time I go there I am approached by a salesmen for at&t running scams trying to trick customers into signing a contract with them that is so frustrating I go to bjs to grocery shop not to be harassed by at&t it needs to stop but I guess bjs makes money off this so their customers don't matter as long as they make money off at&t I'm sure I'm not the only customer that feels that way I have a membership at Sam's club same thing happens there its so sad

We were at the club we'd 3/13 and saw a container of chicken broth was punctured and breeding bugs. I mention to the associate at the register, she started back that way I would assume to get it cleaned up. When we were there today 3/15 the punctured pack was still on the shelf. Are you selling it at a discount as there are only 2 full ones in the pack? Would it okay to run it to the bug spray area to make the rest of rhe insects are gone before purchasing?

Bad customer service. Line at customer service desk and employees just walking past like they have no idea what was going on. Took over a half hour to do a return with only 3 people in front of me.

Concerning bakery conditions... i was about to purchase their 24 pack of fresh cookies and found multiple bugs flying INSIDE the plastic package. Upon closer review this was present in several of the containers on the bakery table. Either bugs got trapped inside the kitchen production and they replicated, or there are so many flying insects around the baked goods section that a bunch found their way into a bunch of closed containers. Which version is worse?Regardless, we passed on any cookies or other fresh food items. Not only were we disappointed because their cookie chunk recipe is excellent, but we were so disgusted I do not know if I'll ever purchase these from this location in the future. Ironically, our membership expires this month and it's clearly a sign to try other wholesale stores.Historically, we've favored this club and location. However, since the pandemic with shrink-flation and their redesigned merchandising setup it has only been downhill. It is frustrating, but there is a reason retailers come and go over time and Amazon takes over.Also worth noting is the lack of a customer satisfaction experience. I went out of my way to find and employee in the back and then ask for a supervisor. Upon showing the manager the gross health code violation, I received nothing for my trouble.Did they remove the packages I pointed out? Yes (from what I saw)Did they articulate what caused it? NODid they express any real contrition? NODid they show appreciation for getting the section cleared? NODid they offer so much as a coupon or an IOU for next time? NO

Check your statements. They automatically renewed me last year for 110 and I had to cancel a card thinking it was fraud only to find out it was a waste of my valuable time. I turned that auto-renewal trash off. So my wife uses her card in a kiosk between then and today and they skim that information from you and turn the auto-renew back on every time you use the kiosks. Seems illegal. They're now refunding my membership fee. There are options here, so I will go elsewhere. They need to be exposed for this. I bet they try to do it again next year even though I won't have a membership. What a slimy way to do business.

Two bad experiences with this place. Gas station attendant yelled at me through the speaker when I was leaving about "Don't light that cigarette here!" It was damn pen I stuck in my mouth! 2nd time they refused to mount the tires I just spent $800 for because "they are not factory size" and my truck is lifted on 33's. Then gave me a hard time returning them. Sam's Club didn't have a problem mounting non-factory size tires.

Just had an unpleasant experience with a customer service representative. An item I purchased had a coupon for $2 off and 10 cents off gas. For some reason, their system didn't give the "*" the receipt to indicate 10 cents off the gas. I went to the customer service desk and the representative said to just go get the gas and come back with the receipt and they will adjust it. I told her I wasn't getting gas tonight. She proceeded to tell me the next time I get gas, bring the receipt and the coupon indicating there is 10 cents off with me and they would adjust it. I told her I was not going to come in extra after getting gas. She got visibly annoyed with me. I asked her to take the item off my receipt. Then told her that it was not my fault their system was not working properly and that she didn't need to take it out on me!She is a customer service representative. Perhaps she should find a different role as she sure was not providing good customer service!
