In there today customer service sucks.. Employees act if you are bothering them when asking questions. They don't greet you or make you feel welcome during your Check out. They answer your questions with an attitude.. Never again I'll shop elsewhere.. 1:00 pm 6/24/2024 Both women that were at the register.

It has most electronic big ticket items. Not much of a game store these days. Has more focus on home appliances and computer items and cell phones.
Restrooms are nice here.

This location was very busy for a weekday. It took a little while to get assistance, but the sales person was helpful and very pleasant.

I have definitely been to some Best Buys that look like they are going out of business, but this isn't one of them. It's usually pretty easy to find someone to help answer questions. This store is typically well stocked.

Beware, you only have 14 days to return items! Purchased computer accessories 5/17 and tried to return 6/13 but staff would not allow me to. Will not be purchasing here again.

One of the worst best buh I have even been.
A new lady is following me the whole length of my browsing despite of telling her that I am OK and I do not need assistance. she still is very eager, so I ended up asking her help for a dash cam purchase, fast forward to cashier, turned out she is new. tried checking us out, made a couple of mistakes including warranty and informations, called her supervisor which is a teen, they both are, giggling and touching each other unecessarily while throwing flirty gestures instead of getting me the hell out of there, they both do not know how to deal with a customer. I ended upagreeing to what they said, turned out the ladh was new. they gave me a date for dash installation and asked me to pay tight then and there.
date for installation comes.
They cant find my order, in which I am not surprised. took them whole hour to figure it out, went to the back just for the installer guy to tell me I am late for 5 mins and he cant do nothing that I have to schedule again for the next 2 freaking weeks while knawing his foods with oily lips and crumbs in his hands leaning towards me in driver side window blaming me for being late. I left without a proper rescheduling and just informed him that Ill do it online.
Never gonna trust a guy like that to do an installation. I will better do it myaelf than let them ruin my car.
Got pissed for wasting my day off.
Went back the next day to return the item. took them 2 weeks and 3 customer calls. first 2 were indians who has absoljtely no idea of what to do abiut the refund and no willingness to solve the issue.
refunded after 14days.
Remember the installation which is 105usd in total? we have to go back and forth and do another couple of customer service call for them to tell us that we have to go back to store to follow up that they cant do anything about it. Whst the heck? you entertained us by telling that refund will be ready in 3 days then you tell this now?
Guess what, it hasn't been refunded to this date of writing.
Not so Best buy eh?

I just purchased a tv and sound bar from this location. The sales associate that helped us named Myles provided a top notch experience. He patiently explained the differences in the models and made a recommendation that got us exactly what we were looking for. If you need a tv ask for Myles.

Dillon and another young girl were great they helped me with my order of 2 TVs and stands and even helped load it into the car great assistance!

They didn’t try to help people solve their problems, but rather, they tried to “solve” the customer. They treated the customers very rudely.

So.. the entire experience was EVERYTHING! Nobody harassed me at the door. A wonderfully attentive woman heading off to do others things realized I looked like I may need to checkout. Then she gladly grabbed this wonderful guy named Shane. What made him so wonderful? EVERYTHING! He was funny, witty, thorough, efficient, kind, and.. we were done in 30 seconds. Granted I had to update my profile and count my change, still ALL in under a minute AND he made me laugh. Perfect experience hands down! Thank you ❣️

Terrible experience in trying to buy a phone. Came in at 7:25pm (store closes at 8pm) only to be told that no activations can be done because it too close to store closing hours.
That in itself was a let down because that timing detail is not published openly and could have saved me an in-store trip. But what motivated me to give a one star here is the unmotivated, disrespectful and disinterested employee at the cell phone area who was completely rude.
Thankfully after I refused to work with her, the store manager was able to get a much more helpful employee from another department to come over and he was very helpful.
