What a great pharmacy! I had all my prescriptions transferred to them from CVS. They are so responsive, they always answer the phone they know me when I call or come in by name. So personable so knowledgeable and they really treat you like a person not a number. I can't say enough good things! It is so nice to have someone you can actually talk to unlike my experiences at CVS! The owners are wonderful! Highly recommend!!

Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions you may have. Easy to call or text for refills with quick fill times. I am so glad to be away from CVS, their terrible phone lines and lack of support. I do not regret my decision to trust the Bee Well Pharmacy. They have made this part of my life so much easier.

I recently had my prescriptions transferred here from a large retail pharmacy and I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. Bee Well Pharmacy treats you like an actual patient, rather than just a number in their system, and they truly do care about their patients. I actually called during a time when the pharmacy was busy and unable to answer the phone, and I received a call back within 5 minutes, which was unexpected since I didn’t even leave a message. If you are looking for great customer service in a pharmacy, then look no further than Bee Well Pharmacy. If I could give 10 stars, I would, as this place goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We first found this neighborhood pharmacy during covid because of free vaccinations that the government wanted us to take. Since then we've used them for all our prescriptions. It's a mom and pop shop, local neighborhood pharmacy. They know you by name unlike the big pharm establishments. Great people.

Bee Well is my favorite pharmacy! It's nice to know that people still offer very personal, medical and holistic care in such a fast paced world. There are likely several dozen pharmacists between my home in Durham and Bee Well pharmacy, but I choose them and her ALL THE TIME.Thanks for your service, safely getting us through the pandemic and for your general care and interest in the community you serve.

I got my Pfizer bivalent booster shot and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was VERY nervous and Bee Well Pharmacy took great care of me! They even called me the following day to make sure I was doing well. This is definitely where I will be getting my booster shots from now on!

I had an excellent experience at this small pharmacy. Staff was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. They have great pricing options, and they got COVID testing results back to me in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend!

This place refused to accept my Flipt insurance for a prescription that is for my 10 month old daughter and instead they demanded $80.00 cash for a tube of ointment. If they had accepted my insurance, I would have payed $0.00 however my 10 month old daughter has psoriasis and I was desperate enough to pay the the $80.00.Take your business elsewhere! The flyer, stamped along with their business card, even stated “All major insurance accepted”.

Be careful with this pharmacy and watch your cash.They are overcharging the customers and request cash vs. processing the insurance to get the correct form of payment for the service needed.I needed a PCR test and went to this location to get on January 6th, 2022. The male pharmacist “I think the lady working for him called him Mr. Bee” approached me in the pharmacy and ask me to step outside to talk to him. I found his request very strange, and I accommodated it.We went outside and he told me to pay $200 in cash if I wanted the PCR test. I asked him why when I have Insurance. I asked him to process my insurance and he refused. He insisted to give him $200 in cash as a guarantee to get the test to me.“WOW” His behavior was not only unethical but also unprofessional. He is stealing people money by asking for cash especially when you have an urgent need.Those people should not be in business and their license should be taken away since this is stealing. The US government need to start putting better controls/affordable pricing for the people on all medical area cost to stop this type of unethical and illegal behavior/cost increases.Based on my personal experience I do not recommend Bee Well Pharmacy.

It has been a year since my last review, and I am happy to say I am still very happy with the service and care at Bee Well pharmacy. The owners are honest people and I have never been cheated out of my money. I am informed about any increase in pricing for my products and why before my order is filled. Also, if there is an increase, they try to find a discount for me if possible. I would like to say this. As we the consumer write reviews about our experiences, we should always be fair. Having a bad experience one time and not allowing the business owner or staff member the opportunity to apologize or make things right before writing a negative review is not fair. We must also remember we have the right to accept the service or not, pay a fee prior to service or not. During the height of Covid and After Bee Well pharmacy has been an amazing ally of the community. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much for your service.
