I love this pharmacy! The people that own it are the absolute best. They truly get to know you and try to make everything as easy as possible for their customers. If you’re tired of terrible service at the bigger chains, come visit Bee well Pharmacy, I made the switch a few years ago and never looked back.

Wow! What an awesome pharmacy with people who truly care! I was so pleasantly surprised on the amazing customer service, prompt communication, and quick prescription fill! I was able to get my prescription same day that I had been waiting for months to be filled by Wallgreens. I will be back for sure!

What a great pharmacy! I had all my prescriptions transferred to them from CVS. They are so responsive, they always answer the phone they know me when I call or come in by name. So personable so knowledgeable and they really treat you like a person not a number. I can't say enough good things! It is so nice to have someone you can actually talk to unlike my experiences at CVS! The owners are wonderful! Highly recommend!!

Pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and eager to help with any questions you may have. Easy to call or text for refills with quick fill times. I am so glad to be away from CVS, their terrible phone lines and lack of support. I do not regret my decision to trust the Bee Well Pharmacy. They have made this part of my life so much easier.

I recently had my prescriptions transferred here from a large retail pharmacy and I’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience. Bee Well Pharmacy treats you like an actual patient, rather than just a number in their system, and they truly do care about their patients. I actually called during a time when the pharmacy was busy and unable to answer the phone, and I received a call back within 5 minutes, which was unexpected since I didn’t even leave a message. If you are looking for great customer service in a pharmacy, then look no further than Bee Well Pharmacy. If I could give 10 stars, I would, as this place goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We first found this neighborhood pharmacy during covid because of free vaccinations that the government wanted us to take. Since then we've used them for all our prescriptions. It's a mom and pop shop, local neighborhood pharmacy. They know you by name unlike the big pharm establishments. Great people.

Bee Well is my favorite pharmacy! It's nice to know that people still offer very personal, medical and holistic care in such a fast paced world. There are likely several dozen pharmacists between my home in Durham and Bee Well pharmacy, but I choose them and her ALL THE TIME.Thanks for your service, safely getting us through the pandemic and for your general care and interest in the community you serve.
