Amy & Sue are fantastic. They have done really good work for my husband and I. We have both had issues with how the management has ran their business. Our recent visit went like this: After several poor experiences with other stylists in the salon, my husband saw Sue, she was awesome. He came back, one of the previous stylists decided it was ok to corner Sue and gossip about her previous experience. The problem we had with her was her poor consult skills resulted in a poor cut and even poorer attempt to fix it. The gossip was not a misunderstanding as Sue's demeanor had changed when she came back to finish up his cut. My experience was that 2 week prior I had been called to change my appointment. A little under a week prior I was called again, I let them know I couldn't and apologized for not returning the first call She said she'd make a few notes so they wouldn't bother me again. It was great!!!! Until I got a call the day before my appt asking again if I could move it. One of the requests was to move it 30min ahead. I informed them, again, that no, I cannot move my appt and made it clear that I was a little annoyed at being asked again. They explained they were trying to squeeze someone in and trying to make room, but no problem and sorry about that. Guess what happened? I got there and my stylist was busy until about 5, my appt was 30 min late. My poor stylist has no idea anything at all had been going on, and did her best to smooth over a very upset me without also trying to make excuses and save the salon's backside. I really really appreciated it. I felt lied to and she felt blind sided. I'll miss you Amy!!

I've been going to Ariel for years and followed her to Bebe Ellis. The shop is wonderful, staff is great, and I always leave with a great haircut. Ariel does a great job with my problem areas and never lets me down.

Bebe Ellis is one of the best salons! The atmosphere is gorgeous, the front desk ladies are friendly, and the stylists are so talented and fun!I cannot speak highly enough about Bre! She is the best! She is very experienced, has an eye for what looks good, and is great at executing both her visions and the visions that I have had and brought to her for my hair.

Awful staff. Harassment and they called the police whilst I had an appointment and emailed confirmation to be there. Was accused of being inebriated by the owner Barbara. This is not an Aveda brand salon. They just have permission to sell the products.

I am so excited to find this salon. Bre made me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job taking me from drab, tired, brassy blonde to silver! I know a lot of folks are complaining about pricing and it is a big purchase; but I look at it like this: People spend a lot of money on clothes but you wear your hair everyday! Now, if you don't like what you paid for; that's a different story. I'm happy I invested in a skilled stylist. Thank you Bre!!

My journey back to my blonde hair has been a long one, from long black hair to dreamy blonde. Meredith at Bebe Ellis is a miracle worker. She is talented, patient, listens to the client caringly, and cautiously underpromises but way over delivers. My hair feels buttery soft, not dry at all. Thank you Meredith for being a total rockstar! I absolutely LOVE my hair!

Amazing experience at BeBe Ellis Salon. I felt very pampered and got the perfect cut and blowout. The stylists are extremely experienced and fun and it is a beautiful environment . I plan on going back to see Sue or Ariel next time I need a trim and a treat!!Service: Haircut

I have been looking for a nice salon in the area since I moved to NC from NJ and found Bebe Ellis to be top notch. I have been Bebe Ellis Salon’s customer since it opened. Their products, customer service and ambience is impeccable. Their stylists are super friendly.I used some plant based products in the past to cover the roots and was also scared to switch to salon based products but I was so happy with Bebe Ellis’s products and service. My hair looks more healthier.The owner is so sweet and always welcomes everyone with a huge smile on her face. I love going to Bebe and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice salon in the area.Service: Hair coloring
