Cashier is very rude. Watching movie in the phone in the morning. Neglected to answer the questions. She acts like as though I asked her to pay my car service bill. I got a message that the car was ready but when I checked with her on that she is getting irritated.
Will not visit service center again. She spoiled my entire day.
To Management : This is my first time visit to your service center very disappointed.

We bought a car a couple weeks ago from here. Salesman Omar Sosa made this usually stressful process a breeze. We did have a couple issues with the car we noticed after leaving the dealership. Sales manager Malik Moss resolved the issues in a timely manner and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Autopark Honda is all about customer service and we couldn’t be happier with our new car.

If you want a straight forward and hassle free car buying experience, go see GARY! We recently bought a 2025 Pilot from this location. I visited another Honda dealership earlier that day and they didn’t seem interested in selling us anything. We called and told Gary what we were looking for on the phone and he was confident that if we made the 45 minute drive, he could come up with a deal that worked for us that day. He gave us a fair price for our trade in and a great price on the new car. He didn’t try to upsell us on stuff we didn’t want and kept the sale moving along quickly. Very professional and painless experience.
I also wanted to comment on the finance office experience. I typically dread the finance office but it was very fast and not pushy. We didn’t want any extra packages and they accepted no for an answer instead of trying to negotiate with us and pressure us into buying things we didn’t want.
This is my 5th Honda and if and when I need another, I will definitely return to Autopark!

We visited Honda Auto Park today and purchased a vehicle for Honda. Aziz was very professional and knowledgeable in the whole car buying process. He made the transition very smooth. Not to mention very funny with a great sense of humor!! He will be my number 1 go to for future vehicle purchases!

The worst service ever!!! I never give bad reviews but this gets a negative 5.
I gave my Honda Odyssey car for brakes repair and never got it back for a MONTH! Keep calling them and they never never get back. “Oh my manager will contact and call you back”. Leave my number every time. And when I call back, oh we have mistaken your number and they apparently call someone “else”. My sales rep either is always on a leave or never calls back as he is the most busiest person. Seeing I am girl and might not know anything about cars, he keeps blabbering round and round to me.
After a whole month I go there and finally get my car back, pay a large sum and no compensation whatsoever. Don’t know what servicing they did, my left door doesn’t open, right door is showing signs of always being open. And because of that the car light stays on and therefore now my car battery died.
Been calling them for over a week but still no reply or call back nothing. Just the same, my manager will call back, oops sorry we keep calling someone else.
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! THEY TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE.

I just want to thank the salesperson Alex L. My folks are older and I’m a truck driver that’s over the road. I found this vehicle for my folks and called the dealership. I told Alex exactly what he needed to do to earn our business and the man was awesome! He made my folks feel welcome, explained the technology in the car and made sure they were happy and smiling. Also I want to point out that these cars here are overall priced less than the competitors and my folks drove from rural NC about 2.5 hours away to come find this great deal! Thank you Alex and auto park Honda.

Update to my original review (8/12/24)- Been coming here since I got my 2015 Honda Civic here with my father in December 2017 and always get very good service on my vehicle, and my father also purchased a 2022 Honda Odyssey from this dealership back in April for a real good competitive price. I am proud to always come to this dealership and before coming here I used to go to Crown Honda of Southpoint which I still occasionally go to but Autopark is now my primary dealership. They make sure to work with you and definitely call you back when you have billing issues, but it is just important to be patient and wait for a return call which might be a few hours to a few days. They did a great job returning my phone call and making sure I was satisfied.
My only recommendation for improvement is to have the oil changes in the system suppose you forgot to get a "punch" on the card so you will automatically get a free oil changes after 5 oil changes which will save $90 which is still a lot of money. Other that that excellent service by everyone at the dealership and giving 4.5 stars. Would give 5 stars once improvement is made. Thank you so much for all the help from the advisors and the manager. :)
