Dave in service is an arrogant, scared, lying little man. Doesn’t know the difference between a TSB and warranty. Will talk over you, and hang up on you. then when you call back to speak with their manager, suddenly all managers are with customers. Wayne and the receptionist are also reluctant to provide the persons name (dave) which i had to wait over 20 minutes of holding just to get a first name. They also won’t provide any managers email address. The female receptionist states they don’t know anyone’s email address and they must give you a call back when they’re free (which surprise, they never will call). Horrible attitude by their sad little service department filled with fragile egos. Bad service all around. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me or friends i know. Do not recommend. i never did get any managers email address

Oh my God I don't know where to start. I have never had a great buying experience at any car dealership but Autopark ChryslerJeep was by far my best car buying experience. From the moment that I first spoke with Jon one of the sale managers, I knew that I wanted ro purchase a vehicle from this location. The team at Autopark Chrysler Jeep made my buying process one of the most pleasant purchases I've made in a very long time. The customer service was top tier, the staff is very knowledgeable, they will go above and beyond to meet your needs, and the sales team was not pushy. I was able to get pre-qualified online, I selected a vehicle, and they had it ready as soon as I arrived. If you need a vehicle please give this place a try and ask for Larry and Jon Gordon.

Matt Regan was great to deal with. He was very responsive, polite and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was seamless. If you’re looking for a vehicle go check him out and you won’t regret it.

Johnson, my sales associate, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we spoke on the phone to the moment I came to the dealership it was a top notch experience. Johnson made sure to listen to my needs for my business, my concerns with budget and made it work! Cornell, was also a pleasure to work with on the financing side. I could not be happier with this experience and with my new (used) Pacific! This is the beginning of my small fleet for my small business. Thank you again Johnson and Leith Auto

Bought a stick shift 2018 Audi A4 from AutoPark CJ about six weeks ago and the car has been a delight — no scary gremlins at all. Giant thanks to Daniel E. and Cornell P. — super appreciate their working with me as an out-of-state buyer and matching my best financing rate! Only odd part was having to do the paperwork in person vs electronically, and a bit of a hard sell on optional products from their finance team. Ultimately it worked out — I would buy from a Leith dealership again. I can’t say that about ANY of the other used car dealerships I’ve dealt with over the past few years. Was well worth the flight out.

Very pleased with the service received at Autopark Chrysler Jeep. They were great at helping out my son with his first car and some warranty work it needed when he brought it to school from out of state. They explained all the work very well this young car owner. They were even helpful and honest for some work he wanted done but was advised it wasn't necessary as all filters were clean already. They were willing to call Dad and explain more details. We were pleased and will recommend this dealership. Thank you!!!

If you want to constantly take your new car to get fixed every few months with a bunch of electrical issues then go here. It literally has been hell. They don’t fix things properly even when you do take it in. They state well bring it in another time, as in you have all the time in the world to spare with 4 kids. I am going to get a hold of the manufacture rep because this is absolutely outrageous. Not to mention they wouldn’t give me a car when my car wouldn’t start period and couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks. Spare yourself the headache and go somewhere else and don’t don’t buy a jeep.

I moved from a large crowded area where it’s harder to get things done fast.I called Auto Park Chrysler and Jeep to get some help with some repairsI spoke to Morgan who helped me with my repairs updated me and kept me at ease.Constantly letting me know the exact issue, timeline on the repairs and when things would be done. The service department is great. This was an issue that was resolved from the warranty. The service was fast and everything is working well.Morgan was very welcoming , friendly and provided me with the best customer service.I’m happy that I received the services at this location I highly recommend this dealership.Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful experience at Leith Chrysler Jeep in Cary. Our salesman Vincente Acosta was excellent. He listened to what we were looking for, what we wanted to spend, and then found me the perfect SUV. I will definitely buy from the dealership and from Vincente again.

I am posting an unbiased, uncoerced review of my experience at Auto Park Jeep. I am a text person, phone calls get drawn out in my opinion. I sent a lead to 3 different Jeep dealerships, Auto Park was the 1st one to reach out. Earlier in the week I had gotten my current vehicle appraised and knew what I had to work with, so I gave them that info so they understood I was a motivated buyer. I stopped by when it was convenient for me and the vehicle was upfront and ready for me to drive. I took it for a spin and knew I'd be purchasing. The actual deal was quick, we agreed on numbers, terms, extras and everything else. Bruce was great to work with, as was the finance manager, Cameron. The Sales manager, Jon was great too. I've only had the vehicle for a few days, if something were to go wrong, which I am not eluding to, the dealership isn't the group that built the vehicle. I'm unsure if I'd return to the dealership for service (oil changes, etc), because this dealership isn't the closest to my home. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Jeep. Thank you!

Recently, I was just cleaning out my glove compartment and the wheel lock key was not in there, only the little holding pouch. They used it at my most recent oil change/tire rotation service.I’ve been trying to reach the service manager for 2 going on 3 weeks but have not been successful. I just want them to check to see if the wheel lock key is laying around in the shop since I have the serial numbers and Julian date in that pouch they could refer to. if they are not successful I would ask that they purchase a new one for me. However, each time I speak to a customer rep, they cannot locate an email for the service manager and ask for my email and number instead. This is ridiculous to try this hard to reach someone there! I will not be going back unless they attempt to make this wrong right. My advice, I’d they have to use ANY of your personal equipment to perform service on your vehicle, make sure it’s noted on the service notes and you verify it’s been returned. Obviously, this shop is not run by integrity.

Extremely terrible service. I took my 2010 Dodge Charger in because it was running hot, wouldn’t even start & there was a recall on the airbag & the engine light was on. The recommendation was to install a cooling fan & a new battery. The day after I picked my car up from being fixed, I noticed that the thermostat needle stayed on “C” all the way to work & the morning after. Then the engine light came back on. I called the dealership back & was instructed to bring it back in. Now they are saying that I needed a new thermostat switch & possibly a fuel pump but said to start with the thermostat switch. I had to pay for the second fix as well as the first. I was told that this is common when installing cooling fans on older model vehicles.

Auto Park Jeep uses deceptive business practices to make sales. If you want a simple and hassle-free car buying experience, avoid Auto Park. Their priority is moving cars off their lot, not getting you into the vehicle that's right for you. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

I'm a fan of Jeep, but their service was disappointing, loss of money and time.I went to the service because I heard a knock in the suspension. I asked them to do a diagnostic.I was told that the knock in the suspension is due to the fact that they are struts worn out. And that it doesn't pose any danger. However, the noise began to increase in a couple of weeks and I drove to another place, where they immediately showed me that the suspension support was broken and the wheel was about to lie on its side or come off. It is very dangerous. I paid three times as much as a regular service because I think they know Jeep better than anyone.By the way, actually struts and shocks in good condition. They also left the cabin air filter in a disassembled state just lying on the floor in the car and returned the car to me in this form (they just forgot to put it back after checking).
