Just purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it couldn’t have been possible without the help of Tim Cooper! I fell in love with the vehicle as I test drove it and he was one of the main reasons I was able to take it home. Very friendly and respectful and honest. Thank you Tim!

Horrible experience with leasing a Jeep here. The sales tactics are forceful and unethical. They took our van and hauled it off before we signed the paperwork, then threatened us that we had a verbal agreement and forced us to sign the paperwork. We couldn’t even recover all of our belongings. They completely took advantage of us and we’ll be reporting to corporate. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!

Save yourselves the headache and avoid this place. Did not provide a detailed bill for services. After first visit, the car came back with lights creeping up. Returned, paid additional money for ‘other’ repairs and the exact same issue reappeared next day. Still no explanation why the issue was not fixed/validated before releasing the car a second time. Will not guarantee resolution without additional spend. I am filing complaints with BBB, Jeep, my insurance and the county.

I recently visited to look into purchasing a new Jeep, and I must say, the experience was highly disappointing. The salesman I dealt with was extremely aggressive and not at all friendly. From the moment I met him, he seemed more interested in pushing me to make a quick decision than in understanding my needs and preferences.
Instead of listening to my questions and providing helpful information, he continually pressured me to make a purchase on the spot. His demeanor was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. It was clear that his primary goal was to make a sale, rather than ensuring I had a positive experience or found the right vehicle for me.
This aggressive approach and lack of courtesy left a bad impression and completely turned me off from considering a Jeep from this dealership. Customer service should be a top priority, but it was evidently lacking here. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant car-buying experience.

Dillon Great!, thank you very much for all the help and constant follow-up to acquire our Grand Cherokee L Limited. Always very attentive and above all respectful while we decide. We feel comfortable when there is no excessive pressure, and with Dillon we were able to obtain that. We hope everything goes well from now on.

DILLON THOMASON!! A huge thank you brother! Dillion went above and beyond helping me purchase a Jeep Wrangler. I found the Jeep online I wanted to look at. I live an hour and a half away from the dealership and did majority of the process over the phone. By the time I got to the dealership, Dillion came out and greeted me at the car. Greeted my son and made him feel comfortable and involved him in conversations throughout the entire process. He had the Jeep upfront and ready to go for a test drive. He works in a fast, timely and efficient manner. Very respectful and knowledgeable gentleman! I will 100% use him again in the future.

Phenomenal car buying experience! Larry was amazing and took his time explaining the different trim levels and showing me one option versus the other. He insisted on me test driving both Jeeps before making my decision. He wanted to make sure I felt comfortable driving the Grand Cherokee L Limited since it is bigger than what I’m use to driving. This was definitely not a typical car buying experience- nobody was being pushy or trying to oversell me on anything. Larry’s customer service is outstanding and has made sure that I was taken care of during and after purchasing my Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership and suggest working with Larry if you’re looking to purchase a new Jeep! Thank you all so much for such a great car buying experience!

No car buying experience is ever “fun” but if you want an exceptional experience go see Marvin! He did everything he could to get us in a vehicle that we have been searching a few months for. We traveled over 7 and an half hours all the way from Georgia and we were not disappointed with the customer service we received! When we pulled up on the lot the Tahoe was up front ready to go for us to test drive. Not only did Marvin have a great positive attitude but he was also attentive to my two young boys making sure they were comfortable during the entire process. If we buy another vehicle it will be from Marvin. We can’t say enough good things about this experience. We have purchased many vehicles and have never had this kind of experience.

Autopark Jeep service is excellent. The service representatives are courteous and knowledgeable and provide information to you during your appointment. So glad to have a service department for my Jeep that I trust and are efficient.
