I've given Audi Cary every reason to win my trust. Outside of an amazing sales rep, everything else about buying my brand new Q5 has been miserable.
Look. I bought a lemon. It's not the dealerships fault. The brand new Q5 doesn't work as it should. I have to reset the MMI system every day. Usually while driving. Sometimes the backup camera doesn't work. Sometimes it just triggers the AI to ask me questions while driving. It's wild.
My source for help is where I bought the car, though. And the second I left their lot, I was no longer their problem. I've worked with the sales rep to get the issue resolved (which Audi says is a known issue with no fix, btw) and I just get shoulder shrugs. Every time someone from management gets on the phone, they argue with me. I'm not asking for a miracle, I'm just asking for them to take responsibility for the faulty vehicle they sold me. And at least facilitate the debacle with Audi corporate.
Not so much. It was up to me. Entirely. They gave me a number to call and said, "good luck." Now I'm in a 60 day review process with Audi after pulling tons of information together. I mean, what if I was computer illiterate? It would have never happened. Such a disappointment.
If you want a place to just take your money. These are your people. If you want a place that will never help you get any issue resolved, these are your people. I will say the service reps have been nice, but this is out of their control. I don't blame them. This is on leadership.
I've heard bad things about Leith before. But this is gotten to the point of complete frustration. I bought a brand new car I hate driving because it never works, and Leith just flat out doesn't care.
Hence, this review. If you can find another automotive group to work with, I'd suggest it.

My experience from when I pulled up to once I left was excellent! I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. I’m so thankful to have cross path with Alex. His customer service was exceptional. Never did I feel pressured or rushed by Alex. He took his time to find me the perfect Audi for my family and I. I truly recommend this dealership and HIGHLY recommend that you request, Alex!

Horrible experience. Run away. We purchased a used Audi SQ5 from here a couple of weeks ago. The finance manager was overly aggressive and when we finally convinced him we were not buying any extras, became cold distant and borderline rude. Fast forward to this weekend. I guess I should have bought the extended warranty. Our car became stuck in a loop trying to initialize navigation. I took it to the dealership expecting them to honor the 30 day/1000 mile warranty they the salesman told me would take care of any issues I had in that time frame only to be told today that no no, that only was meant for Powertrain and the $4100.00 repair would be all on me. I expect this kind of treatment from a seedy side of the road buy here/pay here car salesman. I did not expect this from a luxury dealership with Leith. To say I am upset is an understatement. I advise anyone to take their money elsewhere. Cary Audi cares nothing about their customers. I should have listened to my colleagues who told me not to deal with them.

Seems like these people are con artist in services. Go to Audi Raleigh for Services. Came in here, was getting an oil change and as soon as I expressed interest in buying another car, I came back from my test drive and they told me that there is oil in my coolant resorvoir. I just put coolant in my car and there was no oil in it. I open my coolant reservoir and there is black stuff everywhere.
DON'T express interest in buying another car if you go here! They will likely break something or tell you something is wrong to incentivize you to buy another car. I feel bad for people who fall for it

I had an awful experience. I reached to Audi Cary about a used vehicle and their internet sales person contacted me. She and I went back and forth over multiple emails about pricing for the car as I just wanted an idea of where they stood before I drove 2-1/2 hours to look at the car. All she cared about was getting me in the door, and didn't listen to any of my requests. Finally after going back and forth for the entire morning, one of their other sales people reached out to me at 3pm to tell me the car had already been sold. lol This is just your typical shady car dealership where they are less concerned about the customer and entirely focused on themselves. It is extremely rare to find a dealership with this low a rating with this many reviews and you can tell management does not care, because you can see how unresponsive they are in the comments below. Run, run fast!

Excellent customer service! We bought a used 2019 Audi and our experience with Jim was exceptional. He is attentive, responsive, and just all around great to work with. Appreciate his help with fixing an issue we identified after the sale. He spoke with the manager Ed and quickly had the issue resolved. Thank you again for exceptional customer service.

Do not take your Audi there. My 2020 Audi was taken there for an airbag recall and I had them repair a seatbelt. After the repair, the USB port stoped working and therefore the carPlay. When I called them they said it was not related but now,, months later, I have found out it was their reset of the airbag unit what ruined it. It's the time (more than 7 months later) and I have yet not heard from them neither have them offered to take a look. If I could, I would five them zero stars (they don't deserve a single star) and I am now planning to fill a complaint with the BBB

My first and last experience with Audi Cary. I bought a used 2017 Ford Explorer with 115,000 mile on it. The salesman, Wael Elshamy, told me the car was in great shape and very reliable. Turns out none of that is true. A couple of days and less than 200 miles later the water pump failed and the repair cost is over $3,000. When I talked to the general manager he said that they do no inspection on their used cars other than making sure the lights work and the tires have tread. They don't even check the oil. I asked if the engine had seized when I was leaving the lot because there was no oil in it that would be my problem? He said yes. So I'm supposed to believe that they took it as a trade-in with no inspection at all? And as I've found out it's obvious the pump had been failing for a while. I know people who work at other dealerships and they said first of all, that every dealer thoroughly inspects a car before putting it on the lot for sale, and second, that almost every dealer would fix a car that broke within a couple of days regardless of whether it was under warranty or not. They said it's just good business, something Audi Cary obviously doesn't believe in. My recommendation is that you DO NOT buy a used car from these crooks.

Called twice to get a quote for a specific service for my R8, was told i'd get a call back in 10 mins. Waited 5 hours and still nothing so I gave them another call and was told again that id get a call back, its been a week and a half since. If I cant rely on them to get me info before my car is dropped off, id assume communication would be worse when your car is in their service bay. Taking my business elsewhere. Id give 0 stars if I could.
