We had previously got a couch and a recliner about a week ago. Leah was our sales consultant and she was very helpful and informative. When we got our couch it was not satisfactory. We contacted the Ashley store and Leah was gone for the day but Taylor answered, it was about 5 minutes until the store closed but Taylor did not rush and was very helpful. Taylor helped us navigate the return process. We were back in today to pick out a new couch and recliner and Taylor was wonderful. While we were in today we also purchased a new mattress and Taylor did a great job educating us on the mattress and the adjustable base. We will definitely be back to see Taylor.

Ebony was awesome. She was very knowledgeable about what they had in the showroom and helped us stay in our budget. And above all she was very kind! Would recommend this store to anyone.

My experience at Ashley on Piney Plains in Cary was great! Ebony greeted me right away. She was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. She eventually left me so I can walk around and look through the store then followed up to see if I had any other thoughts or questions. Ebony showed a high level of customer service which I appreciated very much!
