Big shoutout for the owner ROB he is not only an amazing customer service for his salon but a great gentleman who was constantly working on my hair and tried to understand what I wanted and how to fix the issue he gave me time to discuss the process very well and he did justice with my requests my hair was damaged and faded with previous color and he took care of it so well, also his assistant stylist was very sweet.keep up the good work

I absolutely love this salon. The owner is very friendly, the staff is absolutely amazing and I have never had a bad experience. I have been going here for several years. My daughter and I drive over 3 hours to see our stylist. I am always happy with my hair and if there is ever something I do not like they will do whatever it takes to correct it immediately. The customer service is top notch. You will not regret choosing this salon. Our stylist is Jordan....she is amazing and has the best personality. They always go above and beyond.

Not happy. I asked for light and bright. I asked for blonde highlights. All they had to do is touch up what was there, so my roots were fresh... But instead they turned me brown and brassy. Super disappointed. Even my blowout wasn't very professionally done. I've posted before and after photos. You can see it's blonder when I'm in the chair at the beginning then when she finishes. Not cool.
---im updating my review because the salon did try to fix the mistake and offered to have another stylist try... however, I could not allow them to touch my hair again since I don't trust the outcome. If their best "expert"couldn't get it right, who else could? But I do appreciate them reaching out and talking with me.

Kaye did such an amazing job with my hair. I get nervous getting my hair done, but she was so warm and inviting! Super happy with my haircut/blowout. Definitely coming back! Also great price.

Lights are very bright. All hairdressers are top tier and they offer you drinks. It was amazing.

My 10 month old son recently got his first haircut at another facility and sadly it was not the best cut. Desperate, I quickly googled "hair salons near me" and called Artisan. Although I was not a client and they don't normally work with clients below the age of 10, they very kindly said I could come in and they fixed his hair free of charge. Not to mention, this was at 7p. They helped make a memorable moment in my son's life much better.

I found Sydney a couple of years ago and I have never looked for another stylist again. She is so extremely talented and always sweet and helpful. I highly recommend this salon!

When you move to a new area you know how difficult it can be to find a new stylist. I hit it out of the park with Anna! She is so sweet and very talented. She listened to all my concerns and help come with a great style for me. She gave me my confidence back and I felt great when I left. I would highly recommend Anna if you are looking for a great stylist, I’m so excited I found this salon. Anna, thank you for making look and feel fabulous!

Terrible experience! Lilah was rude, unprofessional, and inexperienced. Waste of time and money! Disappointed to say the least. Now I have to go somewhere else to get my color corrected. $300 down the drain! I definitely won’t be returning.

This is my first time visiting here, and I would like to say that I will definitely visit again. Kaye Hunter did an excellent job in giving me the haircut I've always wanted. The ambiance is quite pleasant, and I had a wonderful experience.

Sidney is awesome! I've seen her several times now and she does a great job with my highlights and cut. She clearly has a lot of experience. On top of her skill she's incredibly nice and easy to chat with. The salon is beautiful and everyone I've interacted with has been very kind.
