I inquired here while I was searching for another gym. Since moving here I've struggled to find the gym that meets all of my needs that's not a total inconvenience. I found this location to be relatively close to my home and I like that it's 24/7. I spoke with Andy on the phone and via text. The service Andy provides is excellent and Andy did a great job following up to ensure I could get a tour. Unfortunately, I settled on trying out another gym option but I look forward to circling back to Anytime Fitness if my current choice doesn't work out.

This gym has a great vibe with great amenities. 24x7x365 access is a huge plus for those that like to work out in off hours and on holidays. The crew is supper supportive, and the trainers have made a huge difference on my fitness journey over the past 18 months.

The one in Cary is kind of small but I try to avoid busy hours. You can use any location. They have good equipment though and racks there. I think the best part is that they’re open 24/7.

Awful customer service..I’ve been continiously trying to reach out to you guys on email and phone and you are not reaching back to me.I am trying to cancel my membership as I am moving to a permanent location in Europe that does not have anytime fitness.“Response from the owner 23 hours agoHi Matias, I show that you contacted us on November 11th and 17th and have record of us responding within 24 hours of each message. I messaged you my mobile number, will you please reach out to me directly so that I may remedy this? ”You need to stop lying about this you have not reached out to me within 24 hours on the 11th, in fact you never reached out to me before I wrote this review. It’s silly, but because you actually acted upon it and promised me cancellation now and I’d just be liable for payment for the next 30 days, I have chosen to bump my 1 star up to 3 stars.Thanks for handling my case, but sad that it needs to come to this just to exit a gym.

Fresh update: I really appreciate the staff, cleanliness, and flexibility of this gym. This is not a typical small Anytime Fitness. The equipment is still in great condition and the gym still looks new after 3 years. That is a testament to the owner and staff. My wife started working out with me about two years ago after my original review and absolutely loves the gym (she really disliked every other gym where I had a membership). Thank you to Eric and the whole Anytime Fitness team!3 years ago: This is a BRAND NEW club. The equipment is clean and new. I can't recommend this gym strongly enough. For a good workout, stop in and enjoy the atmosphere.

I absolutely love this gym! I made a decision this past July to take my fitness seriously and get into shape; during my quest, I stumbled upon this gem and am so glad I made the decision to join! When I walked through the door, I couldn't do single push-up, but now I can, thanks to all of the training I have received! My body has made noticeable changes and my endurance has increased greatly! A big shout out to Tevin, Dyala, Eric and Ethan, the best trainers ever! Couldn't have done it without you, thank you for all of the encouragement and support!

Small place, machines are shoulder to shoulder. But what did it for me is the rude sign at the door, while I don’t have an issue with the message the delivery is horrible. Paraphrasing “ don’t hold the door for anyone, each person has to scan… etc. if you have problems with the rules, we have no problem taking $250 from your bank account and LET you go find another gym to work out in”.

I absolutely hate this gym location. I've been here a few times and it's so overwhelming that I think it's giving me anxiety. It's so loud in there, the music is blasted, timers are going off or coaches are yelling as they train. Each evening I've been, there is no personal space, machines are very close together and men are grunting loudly or you are being told to get off/share your machine by a coach as they have a client to train. I've never felt like this in any gym before.

We were here from out of town. It scanner turned green and app said we were there but door wouldn't open. We got in at the Morrisville, I have no idea why your doors don't work.

Hands down the best gym in the cary area! Top of the line equipment and plenty of space to be diverse, this location has all you need. The owner and all of the staff are some of the nicest and best people you could ever meet. Always felt welcomed and comfortable, can't wait to go back!!!

Was in town for business for the month and didn’t want to use my hotel’s gym during that timespan. Came to Anytime Fitness and Tevin hooked it up for me, gave me a very good deal for the month. Thanks again Tevin!!
