Getting them to answer the phone in the pharmacy is difficult, getting them to actually fill the Rx is even more difficult.I have brought by a physical Rx and they didn't fill it, I've ordered a refill by phone and they didn't refill it, I've called and talked to someone and they still didn't fill my Rx. It is as though they wanted me physically there before they filled my Rx .I do my best to avoid doing business with this Walgreens.

If you want a pharmacy that never answers phone calls or fill your prescription within 3 days of when receiving it..come to carthage Walgreens where shi tty service is always in stock and they smile as you die without your medication. Maybe change the name to Jack Kavorkian Pharmacy.

I would have given this zero stars if it would have let me. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I will find another pharmacy even though I will have to drive much further, because the frustration with this one is too much. You wait in line forever only to find out that your prescription that they said was ready is actually not. My husband was out of his pain meds after knee replacement surgery, and the doctor sent the prescription over at 8 o'clock in the morning. I went to pick it up at 1:15 PM, and they said it still wasn't ready. There were only three people waiting in the pharmacy area at the time, and they told me they wouldn't have it ready until 230 or three. Meanwhile, my husband has to do physical therapy without any pain meds on board. They absolutely don't care, and they are completely inefficient. Do not waste your time at this pharmacy!

Carthage Walgreen pharmacy never gets any better. I had a prescription sent in on Monday and by Wednesday it still wasn't ready.

Went there to talk to pharmacist, it was 10 minutes before the pharmacy opened but he came out to talk me anyway. One of the most unfriendly, unprofessional people I’ve ever met. Will not be going back there.

Really don’t understand how this Pharmacy is still in business. They never have medication and staff can be a little tricky. Slow is the top speed at which they work. The front end of this store is great and friendly people.

AVOID!!! They are always short-staffed which makes you feel bad for them. But when you are trying to pick up Rx, waiting for an hour and then.. oh yeah- we are backordered on that we don't know when it will come in. Or multiple trips back because their communication with Dr offices is sub-par. Seriously- drive to a different store. Even with the drive you will be saving massive amount of time and headaches.

This pharmacy is always short staffed. They do try to make the best of it. There are things out of their control for example medication back orders… there are things out of their control. Most of the staff is new and just learning. Some people should be more patient and understanding. The pharmacist and a few of the technicians are pretty knowledgeable and try very hard. Progress takes time and I feel management is moving in the right direction !

Always a mess up on filling prescriptions. They bought out the competitor (prescription shoppe) and I'd love to have a pharmacy closer when you are sick. I don't mind driving for normal prescriptions but when they wait a day to even attempt a re-fill it's quite annoying.

Some lady named Nicci ( is how she spells it ) don’t have time for anyone!! I was telling her the problem I was having and she seriously walked away from me!! Did not say anything just walked away!!I asked the other lady that was trying to help me that was super sweet and was just as surprised as I was if she was( Nicci )done helping and she said with a confused face I guess. She should be fired if that is the way she is going to treat people! Not to mention she was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing the entire time!!

Pharmacy is horrible. Slowest in the county but mainly blame management on this. They do not have enough help and help they had tonight was overwhelmed and frustrated. Waited over a day for a prescription and still wasn't ready upon my arrival. Lady at the window lied and said it was just called in but I verified with them they had the prescription the day before and had went to the doctor 3 days before. Pharmacist had an attitude with me after I sat behind one car for 25 min to get to the window. Canceled my perception will drive to adjacent county before going here again. Not asking for much but this place is failing miserably. Hope management can step their game up and make a turnaround but judging by most reviews this is probably out of the picture.

DO NOT SCHEDULE APT FOR FLU VACCINE ONLINE!!! Complete waste of time to preregister. The pharmacy completely unable to handle. Observed extremely stressed out pharmacist!!!! Go elsewhere!!!

Incompetence at its finest. I drop off two prescriptions at 3 pm. Tech confirms they are both in stock. I hand tech both prescription and he says to come back at 5 pm to pick up prescriptions. I get a phone call at 4:30 pm saying the prescription is out of stock. I go back in and they have no record of one of the two prescriptions and state they don't know when it will be available again. I ask if they can transfer it to another pharmacy - they say no, not without the doctors permission. I ask if I can get my prescriptions back so I can go elsewhere since I run out in 3 days - they say no again. I ask why the second prescription is not showing in the system when I dropped off two prescriptions and another incompetent tech now says she doesn't know why it's not showing up they only show that I dropped off one! So now I am out of luck with no prescriptions until I can get Into my next appointment to get a new one from the doctor OR wait until unknown time when the prescription is not on back order. I have never witnessed this from "professionals" because these people are about the equivalent of middle schoolers. God forbid if the medication had been necessary for a serious medical condition!
