Hire more check out staff please!!! Super irritating, and surprising that this is even an issue in such a nice store. Also word to the wise, after a certain time at night...quite early - about 8:00 PM, there are NO cashiers at all, and the only option is self-checkout. Ridiculous.

First the young man working was friendly and very helpful. The outside coolers for drinks was not stocked at all. It was not the employees fault because he did not have it to stock. Many people stop here for fuel. I think Harris Teeter could better stock this station with drinks of all kinds as they are losing money each time a customer goes elsewhere.

Always more than every other gas station. 25 cents more per gallon today...but you only get 10 cents off per gal with HT points. Still not worth it.

Love it. I get lots of points and gas cheaper when I shop at Harris teeter and buy my prescriptions there.

This store consistently has 1, maybe 2 live cashiers at any given time. On Friday, 21 October at 5 in the afternoon there was 1 cashier and one questionable other employee hanging around the self check out. Plenty of attitude, minimal customer service skills. Food Lion is just about 1/2 mile away and while they may not have the selection, they do have several cashiers on duty at any given time.

I was looking for some brown rice and I couldn't find it anywhere. I was greeted by a nice boy named Felix who worked at the store and he helped me find the rice! After I went to the self checkout lane Felix scanned his attendant card on the checkout register and got me my rice for free! I'm forever thankful for Felix and he has even offered me free groceries each time I go to this establishment! 5 Stars!

I had a delivery from Harris Teeter. They did not notify me of delivery and all ice cream was melted when I got home. I called Rob the manager and he said he would refund price for those items. Great except he never did it. Poor service all around with communication and other issues. I wont ever order from them again as this is the third time I have gotten awful service with home delivery which isnt cheap! I'll stick with instacart from Food Lion. They are great.
