Excellent car buying experience! Kass Folkman is simply the best auto sales associate I have encountered. I reside in Maryland and was searching for a pre-owned Ford Expedition Max. Cooper Ford had one available and priced right on target. Kass heard exactly what it was that was important to me in a vehicle, such as cleanliness and up-to-date maintenance. He ensured the team addressed all my requests and even performed some extra. Before contacting Cooper Ford, I went out to see numerous similar vehicles at dealerships in Virginia and left with nothing but horror stories, including hidden fees, concealed damages, and false promises. Kass and the entire Cooper Ford deserve honors for their fairness, honesty, and exceptional customer service. I strongly recommend and would go back again without hesitation. Thank you for making this hard to please customer very happy!

Cooper Ford’s Service Team is Best In Class. Always putting the customer first, I have never been oversold on a service I didn’t need. From the first time I pulled in two years ago, I said would be a loyal customer (For Every Oil Change or anything else for that matter). They reaffirm why I said and felt that with every interaction I have had since.

I have bought many new cars over the years, including “luxury “ brands. This was probably the best overall buying experience I have ever had. My wife absolutely hates car shopping! Even she felt comfortable and there was zero pressure. Plus I got an excellent deal on a car I truly enjoy. Thanks to Kass, Jonathon, and Mr Cooper who thanked me for my business personally.

I have dealt with this dealership for over 20 years. The BEST! However, in FoMoCo's effort to weed out bad dealers and go to direct sales they are hurting the smaller, customer friendly, dealers. FoMoCo. FIX IT!

I have to add my recommendation. I replaced my spark plugs and ignition coils on my Lincoln MKX. When I finished the car wouldn't start. I thought I checked and rechecked everything, but I just couldn't figure it out. I was worried I had pinched a wire or something. I had it towed to a local shop, they couldn't figure it out. I had it towed to Cooper Ford, and they found it. I had simply forgotten to reconnect something. They didn't charge me a dime. They could have taken advantage of the situation and they didn't. I can't tell you how thankful I am. I will be back in the future. Cudos to the good folks at Cooper Ford.

I am truly blown away by the level of customer care we received with this dealership. My husband had to have specific features on his truck and a truck like that was hard to find. He found one on their website that was priced right and even though we live a little over two hours away we took a chance. From the very first interaction with Kass, I knew this was going to be a great place and I was not disappointed. Kass was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He really took his time to make sure we understood everything. The truck came in on a Friday and Kass and the wonderful team at Cooper Ford had it ready to go for us so that we could pick it up that Saturday. Jonathan was very well versed in warranties and explained them to us in a way that we could understand. Jonathan had the paperwork ready, and everything went very smoothly!!! It was a great experience all the way around with some of the friendliest folks we have had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend Cooper Ford to anyone looking to buy a new or new to them vehicle and I will definitely contact Kass and use this dealership in the future!!
