These folks cleaned my Jeep that was full of dog hair and got ALL of it out. They made the Jeep look new again—fantastic service! The wax job and cleaning was superb.

Just picked my vehicle up and it looks as good as it did the day I bought it 9 years ago. They did a fantastic job of removing all traces of sand, food and kids from the inside and the outside is bright and shiny. So impressed with their work. Prices are fair and reasonable for what you come away with. Already scheduled another vehicle to be done.

I just got my car detailed on this past Saturday, June 1st, and after the first day everything looked fine, but today when I go to drive my car, I look at the main areas they cleaned, and it’s worse than before. It looks like they stained it with three cans of coke instead of giving it a deep clean. Almost the entire front floorboard and center console panel is stained when it wasn’t before. They also scratched the plastic panel on my driver’s seat control panel to pieces. And they put a gash in my rear drivers window. I paid $150 ($175 with a tip) for this because my car was already in bad shape, but now it just looks worse. They didn’t even dry it, either. So I’m kind of disappointed.

Love this place! There’s no where near that does detailing like these guys! Very detailed oriented all the cars are very clean when finished. They also do pick ups if you need them to with no extra charge. Definitely recommend!! The owner is very friendly and accommodating.Services: Full body wash

I took my daughters car by today to get it cleaned up before she heads back to college. They were busy but said they would work it in.When I picked it up Rodney the owner said we did some extras at no charge for your daughter since she is going back to college. That was priceless. The car is shining and looks like it came off the showroom floor. She will be so excited when she sees it. Thank you to the crew at Carthage Detail for going above and beyond on a busy Friday.

I have been coming here since they first opened. You seriously can not fond a better detail shop. I always bring them a vehicle full of dog hair, horse hair and usually a trunk covered with hay. They always seem to pull it out looking new again!! I can not give them enough props for making my vehicles look like new!!! They even take care of my company car!! Rodney has been doing my cars for almost 4 years. One is a historical collector car. He and his staff are so friendly, professional they treat your vehicles like they own them. Pick up at your home or they come to your home you can't beat the service they provide. Beautifully done inside and out. Their attention to the most minor detail shows they love cars and have excellent work ethics. They even handled the vinyl top on my collector car. I just cannot say enough about their service! Many packages available to fit your budget!

HORRIBLE. Started off good, helpful accommodating while scheduling my truck to be detailed. When I picked up my truck, on the way home, I noticed my amplifier was not working. It appears when they removed my weather tech floor mats the moved my amp with enough force to pull the grounding wire out along with the power adjustment wire. Within 20 minutes of returning home I called the company and left a message explaining the situation but never received a return call. After calling again I was told they never received such a message and that I should have brought it to there attention sooner. Then the lady questioned me regarding the fact there was no proof they caused the issue. No integrity what so ever. Can’t even file a claim with BBB because they don’t recognize the business. Will never again support this local business.Service: Auto detailing

I paid for a full detail. I felt like they did not have good attention to detail. I took a very dirty truck and didn't expect it to look new but my windshield was dirty, they didn't clean inside the glovebox or center console at all, and the carpet was soaked. I will not use them again.
