They seem to do decent work aka I dont have to worry theyre going to forget to put a screw back in my car (although after spending $2400 apparently they accidentally bent my break sheild and since they finished the work thursday I had to go all weekend carless because it made me most awful sound I thought my car was going to explode) but they are veryy expensive. I get it theyre busy and they get to charge high prices because theyre in high demand but dang near 200$ for an alignment, esp after paying almost 300 for them to just diagnose what they think is wrong with my car, is highway robbery.

Went in about 2 weeks ago for a flat tire coming from the hospital. They have great customer service and were able to get us in and out in under 45 mins. Even recommended some eatery and site seeing nearby while we ? waited. Brandi even told me some services I needed coming up soon on the car. I will be going back in the future. Thanks so much to Brandi and the guys for helping me out!!

Yeargan’s was thorough and honest as they examined my car for leaking brake fluid. They immediately found the problem, captured pictures and recorded their findings which were missed by a Mazda Dealership!! Yeargan’s charged a fair price for the repair, unlike the dealership.

I am new to the area, and called many auto shops to service my Lexus. Yeargan’s was polite, knowledgeable, gave me a great quote over the phone, and scheduled me in within 2 days. Their work is impeccable and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Great customer service! I called multiple times and was always met with friendly answers to all my questions after my car broke down. Service was fully remote, completely transparent, and very smooth!
My car broke down and I towed my car to Yeargan’s. The transmission died and I decided not to replace it, so I got the car towed back to my house. I was able to coordinate all of this over the phone or text! Which was very convenient since I didn’t have a vehicle.
Moreover, the approval process and diagnosis of my car’s issues had a user friendly interface, with pictures of everything that was looked at in the car, and a two step approval process that ensures transparency.
10/10 Will recommend.

Staff was kind but be aware of being over charged. They charged me $300 only for the diagnostic which they said they would not apply to repairs. It ended up being a problem with the battery. If I was going to have them install a new battery (no other repairs) my out the door price would have been over $800.
