“Lovely gifts - I got a whimsical snow globe and a beautiful pendant with the word "possibility." Sadly the whimsy and hope of possibility were soon marred by the PREDATORY TOWING practices of BARNES TOWING at Carr Mill Mall. I thought my car was stolen - I shopped at Carr Mill, made one brief walk across the street to another shop and came back to no car. Well, my car was held hostage by the tow company for this apparent infraction of walking across the street and I could only retrieve it after paying $360 dollars (including a $100 fine for using a debit card instead of cash!). I had to take an uber over 20 min away to find the car.”

There are not many places like this left where customer service is beyond exceptional and where the owner and staff take pride in their work. “Pure Barre is the place to go in Chapel Hill for a great full body and low-impact workout. As a working mama, I need a lot of punch for my time and I love that it’s a challenging workout that packs in all the needed muscle groups in just a 50 minute class. The teachers are all so friendly and positive and the studio and equipment are always in great condition.”

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and they run an amazing Instagram account for the place. It’s really cool to see the outfits that they put together. You have to stop by!”
“The service level at the store is shocking. I hadn’t shopped at Lucky before but was up to try something new as I has spent hours at Southpoint trying to find a pair of jeans - and had nothing to show for it. Abby was incredible – pulled different cuts and finishes, helped me figure out sizing issues, and truly knows her product. I walked out with multiple “favorite” pairs. I had an exceptional experience and will go to Lucky’s only from here on.”

“Total shoutout to UnTuck It at Southpoint! First, the quality of the clothing is a complete value. The non-wrinkle flannel is super soft yet has structure. The non-wrinkle sport shirt fabric is truly non-wrinkle. I have at least 20 clothing items from this brand and the older stuff still looks “lightly” worn despite 30+ times through the washer/dryer.Second, the people at this store are just helpful. Whether you’re looking for a consult on what might be good for your style or if you need to exchange something, they will go the extra mile to serve. I can’t go into detail, but the team did me a solid on an exchange; I believe they would have treated any customer the same way. Thanks UnTuck It Southpoint team!”
“The store is clean and organized. Everyone was working feverishly, yet they asked if they could help me find what I needed. My purchases fit perfectly. They even offered me a credit card, which I quickly declined. However, they gave me coupons and emailed more before I arrived home! They are SERIOUS about their promotions!”
“I made an order online and received the items very quickly, only took 3 days to deliver. I made the mistake of ordering several items too large and the return/exchange was very smooth, I left a note explaining what I would like to exchange and shipped those items back (which they provided a returning label) I was surprised that I had a package already delivered to me with all the correct exchanges, literally only took a week from the day I shipped to the day I got the new delivery. Very satisfied customer here!”

“I love this store! I don't live in the area but whenever I'm in town visiting a friend who lives nearby I stop in. While not everything they carry is to my taste, they carry brands that I never or rarely see anywhere else and good staples as well. On my last visit I discovered a fantastic new to me denim brand, and picked up some other tops and sweaters as well. The ladies who work there are always so friendly and helpful...their suggestions led to some additional purchases!”
“Feel very compelled to write a review about my experience about three weeks ago at this location. I went on a Saturday and the store was packed with customers. There were employees to match! Each and every last employee I encountered was so helpful and really went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. This was my first time ever in an Anthropologie store, and it far exceeded my expectations. There was one employee who really stood out to me and I unfortunately cannot recall her name. She was dressed to the absolute nines and just as beautiful to match! (Jean skirt and a natural styled fedora hat) She was engaging and let me know a few times that she was available for any assistance I needed. It was not overwhelming, but just right. The ladies at the dressing rooms were a pleasure as well. I recently found out online that they offer styling sessions, and it makes sense as every employee was dressed well. I will most certainly be back.”

Truly outstanding customer service. Baby clothes are organic and they carry Goumi and Colored Organics among others. Great shop and items!”
