Both the worst selection and highest prices of any thrift store I've ever been to. Some items are higher than retail. The mural is ugly and looks like it was drawn by a child.

I used to go there regularly to purchase clothing. Something fundamental has changed. Prices are silly high. And who is getting the money? No more, folks. If you like to find bargains, go somewhere else.

Charles, Ebony and the One of the White Ladies and the White Dude who Wears A Scarf and the LatinX people who work here are cool but most of the Clientele are either Stuck Upper Middle Class To Wealthy White Or Immigrant People With Money Who Look Down Upon Working Class People Or Their Bums Out To Get Your Money For Drugs Or Alcohol. I Will Be Shopping Here Less Often And Do My Shopping For Good Work, Cowboy, Dress or Military Jack Boots Online And Not Buy From Here With This Filthy Left Wing Or Right Wing Leaning Clientele That I Have To Deal With.

They are selling racist items online that depict Black people on a negative light. Profiting off of racism is disgusting. I will not add photos as these items are offensive.

Good shopping experience but bad donation experience!Went there twice. They did not ask if I want receipt or not like most thrift stores do. In addition, the lady who work in the donation area wasn't nice at all. She kept repeating "Do you understand what I'm saying" "read the label" the label said "Clothes" I have clothes and cookware but she thought I only have clothes in my box and asked me to put them in the clothes section so I asked should I separate them. She did not answer my question but instead insisted asking me to put my box in the clothes section and keep repeating "read the label". Also, not sure who she is referring to, but I heard she was mumbling "these f**king people." She is definitely in a bad mood, it is understandable since it's graduation season and a lot of people come to drop off their things, but she didn't act professional. If you didn't like your job, just try to find another one, which is good for you and your customer. I will probably just throw everything in the dumpster instead of transporting them all the way to this store and then get yelled at. Thank you!

They treat employees with disabilities with disrespectful behavior. I have seen managers treat workers awfully. Prices are great on some items but others to high.Resellers beware....

Seriously rude. Don't park in back and shop unless you want to suffer the wrath of the seriously witchy older lady who won't make eye contact and nearly run you off the ramp with furniture.

I was considering donating an old flat screen TV, but after reading the review by Laura Fletcher, I've chosen not too. She dropped off two "like new" baby changers only to see them get tossed into the dumpster as she drove away. And if you look at the negative reviews, you'll see hardly any response from anyone working at this place. In addition, several complaints of rude workers. No Thanks.

Great thrift shop with a nice selection of clothes, furniture, books and LPs. Really nice staff. Easy parking.

Brought two excellent condition baby changers for donation, asked if they were accepted when I was dropping them off, and was told yes. As I drove away, I saw them throw both into in the dumpster. These items were like new condition and could have been used by others. I went over to the dumpster to retrieve my items and saw many very usable items just thrown away. I will not donate to this thrift shop again. Be advised if you donate that your things may just be tossed into the trash.

Extremely expensive. I was shocked, to be honest. Only the CDs were priced accordingly to thrift shop standards.

Cute "thrift" store but if you're charging $25 for a used winter coat might as well change your name to consignment not thrift.

One of the better thrift stores in the Triangle area and certainly in Chapel Hill/Carrboro. Proceeds go to a great cause. I primarily like the used books section, especially non fiction although they also have a lot of fiction books. Good prices: $1-2 for paperbacks and hardcovers and most of them are in great conditions. They also sell used clothing, some furnitures, electronics, CD/DVD, and other sundries. Friendly staff. Also check out their murals outside of the building! Highly recommended

I always find something (photo frame, blender, clothes), though the selection is smaller than some other Triangle thrift shops. Certainly a good place for finding furniture, if you can come out early (and they deliver). Prices are fine for me. I'm mostly concerned about their staff--they seem to employ too few folks, and the cashiers have nowhere to sit?? That causes pain and doesn't make sense. I'm also surprised they aren't Orange County Living Wage-certified, or otherwise advertise that they take care of their workforce. These days, thank goodness, that's something to boast of and attract community members with.
