Staff is very friendly and gets to know you when you come in on a regular. I still like to go inside the bank to make deposits. Sometimes you even get a lollipop ;)

This branch was SO helpful with helping me set up new accounts when my old ones were compromised. Anastasiia was amazingly helpful at getting me set up quickly, and she even helped with some additional questions that I had. She and the other staff members there were also so kind to stay a little bit after closing to help when there was an unexpected issue with my new debit card. All issues were resolved. Will definitely continue banking with this particular branch!

I have banked with PNC for nearly 5 years at this location. Only recently has the serve been WONDERFUL. Violet, Margo and Tewana are real people who care and seek to help. Margo and Violet are old hats at this point and extremely competent in their roles. While Tewana is new, she is extremely helpful and willing to find solutions and the help she needs to get the job done! THANK YOU FOR CARING and making banking with you a pleasure.

No one here knows what they’re doing. I was told I would have immediate access to the fund I deposited, only to be told I could get them the next day. When I went back, they told me it would be one more day, causing my rent payment to be late.

Go to one of the other PNC branches if you need more than ATM service. This branch does not honor appointments it has made, and then doesn't even answer the phone.
