I had heard this man Bill was supposedly the best hairdresser in the area!!!! I went in for a simple s*** cut. He was rude,self absorbed & grandiose. Regaling me with fantasy fables of the stars who had sat in his chair!!! Well this is the absolute worst haircut I've ever gotten. I was so furious I just paid the overly extravagant price & left. I had a 1960's bouffant!! Which at his age might explain a lot!!!! Not to mention at his size. It takes big hair to slim him!!!! I will never return. Customers beware!!!!!!

I love Bill, he is an amazing hair stylist, and an amazing person. He has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 25 years. With Bill's expertise and gentle guidance I have found my true style; I leave his salon feeling fantastic. When I travel I feel confident that my hair color and style are amazing, and the complements I have received in New York and Paris validate my confidence.Bill's humor, honesty, passion and compassion make him one of my most favorite people. Cannot say enough good things about Bill and Head over Heels.

He’s really rude. Actually abusive. Didn’t want to give me a receipt for a return, told me I cannot come back and return again. Very patronizing. The merchandise is crummy and overpriced.

Maybe -5 review. So rude. It’s actually unbelievable. He didn’t want to help me and when he did he was really crummy and didn’t want me to see things. / I came back to return something and he “slapped me on the hand” telling me I can not come back to return the exchange. He’s so rude...It’s actually unbelievable. He wouldn’t give me a receipt for the exchange. His merchandise is inferior. His leather goods are poor quality and seem to be manufactured a long time ago. Gross

A happy day when I walked into Head Over Heels. My first and second visit I bought some stunning jewelry. Then I scheduled a color and cut and was amazed at the outcome. Bill really knows how to color hair and make it appear natural. He took 10 years off my appearance with a 2 hour appointment! I am a customer for life!

You can always find a great selection here. Bill has a great sense of humor. He is very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. I felt very comfortable and not pressured to buy like at so many places. I would recommend stopping here if you like unique items at a reasonable price.

I love this place. Great selection with great prices. They are very patient and answer all of your questions. And, he has a great sense of humor. You will laugh, learn and get a great deal!

If I could give a negative star rating to this trashy hole in the wall I would. I, along with two friends visited this shop for the first time to look at the jewelry. No one was visible as an employee of the store for a short while after we entered the shop. When a large man appeared he never acknowledged us therefore I said hello how are you? His response was "terrible" to which I said oh no we have to help you make it better. As we browsed he came over to where I was looking and began tapping on the glass as to rush me and then had the nerve to say that he is waiting on me. I asked to see a bracelet. He then says which one Bobby Jean (which is NOT my name). I then told him that he was way too common and that was unacceptable. He then started rolling his head and neck around. I asked if he was having a seizure because his behavior did not seem right. He said yeah I am having a seizure waiting on you. He then held the bracelet up and asked if I wanted to see it still. I told him since he couldn't address me correctly I did not want to see anything. He then asked me "then why are you wasting my time?" Needless to say my friends and I left. This guy was completely rude and obnoxious. His racist behavior was fully displayed! Beware and don't spend your money here. Also he is reselling items that another vendor has a couple of shops down the hall has! Disgusting Guys don't deserve my money!!!
