I shop here pretty often at this location pretty often since it's really close to where I live but the shopping experience lately has been a "mess". I don't know why but I feel like they are understaffed and sometimes the self-checkouts are not working. The organization of the products etc. could have been better, too.

In general I love Harris Teeter .... have used them in Nashville TN (now Kroger), Chapel Hill/Carborro NC and in Alexandria VA. Recently I stopped by one store in Chapel Hill and picked up some items including a salad mix. When we opened the salad mix at home it was severely browned and rancid so I returned it to the closer store in Carrboro. However, they refused to accept it because they "don't accept returns from other stores", even though they have 3 stores within a 3 mile radius of each other. I find this unacceptable, especially given my level of spending at HT (they can look this up on my account). Bad business to be told this by the teeny bopper at the service counter and given no consideration. Looks like typical Kroger behavior and maybe we should go a little out of our way to use Wegmans is a better option.

A division of Kroger! Very wide selection with many deals if you have the membership card. Friendly staff. Can also earn fuel points. One bucket of chicken is $5 on sale!

I hate when Harris Teeter does this. I really wish you could enable notifications that provided a heads up so you have the opportunity to adjust your schedule, as opposed to the irl real time discovery=>sol cycle currently employed.

This is probably one of the dirtiest Harris teeters that I've ever been to and it also has seems to be the most disgruntled employees especially in the deli and is well if you can find a place to park where your car won't get towed is the next thing so overall it's a real joy that's why I choose to drive the other 8 mi till the next Harris teeter

A foot long sub absolutely overflowing with delicious fillings all for less than 10 dollars! They even have a discount on Fridays! All fresh boars head meat and veggies right off their own shelves for under 10 bucks can't be beat!Tom is always kind, respectful, and holds a good conversation that leaves you smiling on your way out the door!

Great selection of products. Clearance section near the checkouts. Coin star to cash in change. Fresh sushi made daily. Deli is full of pre-made meals and tons of options for meats and cheeses. Fresh pizza cooked on site that you can call ahead and order. Lots of balloons, bouquets and house plants for gifting. Self checkout lanes on either side of store.
