“We ordered all our bathroom fixtures and cabinets from Wilkinson's. Our salesperson, Michael Tuck, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. When he recommended something to me, I simply took his advice. Usually, I do a ton of research before I buy anything significant, but I didn't do this with him. We ended up having terrible problems installing the controls for the shower. Michael stepped up and provided assistance to get the problem resolved. This included two house visits with another plumber. I don't think very many salespeople would have gone to this trouble to help a customer resolve a problem. Throughout the process, Michael was always responsive and "on our side" to get the shower working.Michael has is now the manager and I'm sure his staff is following his example of how to treat a customer. My bathroom is now done, and I couldn't be happier with everything I got from Wilkinson's. For a variety of unrelated reasons, the renovation was a nightmare and Wilkinson's/Michael was the only part of it that was positive.”

Friendly and helpful people work here. Quick in and out. No endless aisles of stuff you don’t need. They have a good selection of Ball/Mason canning supplies. And bird food. Don’t forget the feathered friends.”

“I stopped into this store today for the first time as I needed some spray paint for a small project. First off they had popcorn! Also every staff member I passed smiled and said hello. I haven’t had staff members smile at me in a store for a long time. The prices may be a tad higher on some things but everything I needed was so easy to find and quicker since the store was smaller. I walked around, curious, looking for all the things I could remember I bought from a big hardware store in the past several years and they had it all! Also the manager was super helpful and carried out the big planter I ended up purchasing.”

“I can’t recall a better experience by a nicer man. Roger is the Stihl guru. He found a chain that fit my aftermarket bar that had no model number and fixed my sprocket. It was close to closing time and he was in no rush to get out the door. No way I could have found someone with more knowledge. Give this guy a raise! He’s my exclusive chainsaw guy now.”

When my plumber suggested I go to Wilkinson Supply I jumped at the chance. In this day and age of buying online it can be hard to find in-person places to purchase these kinds of things. Tracy was so nice! She helped me choose, told me what was a top seller, even let me sit in a tub! I would go back to Wilkinson in a heartbeat!”

“Good store, but not much staff on the floor today during our visit. After paging someone to aisle 34, we waited 10 minutes. Finally, we just grabbed the portable staircase to get up high to where our product was. But on another day, I had no trouble at all.”

Not only was the service great, but this is the reason why you order from a family-owned local business: When I had a small issue with the doors (not Fitch's fault), one of the co-owners (Fitch family member) **came to my house** and helped me to figure out how to make it right. A++ experience.”
