This is a smallish store by today's standards, but they have a fantastic. Selection of items and they are always well-stocked.

Stop closing your hot bar early!!!!! And stop trying to close your store early and maybe answer the phone!!! There are hard-working individuals that have to go grocery shopping and get food after work!!

I'm just doing this to make all the haters mad. People have too high of expectations for a damn FOOD LION lol. I go here, I buy my groceries, I leave. Like a normal person. Stop getting mad at things outside of your control and go touch some grass. 5 stars baby stay mad.

Convenient if you live nearby. Parking lot in that area can get sketchy at times. I prefer the store at Timberlyne.

Overall, The Food Lion chain has improved since Ahold/Delhaize bought them. This location, while serving a lower middle class demographic, was clean, bright, well stocked, and had very nice and helpful personnel. They're self checkout has improved significantly, since they began moving to NCR. There are four self-checkouts in between all the registers, and it was very quick checkout. I recommend this location. But check out some of the newer Food Lions as well, because they have beautiful produce rooms and are expanding their prepared foods to make them better.
