Jessica at the Carrboro location is amazing! I showed her a picture of what I wanted my bathroom to look like and she sourced it all!

Jessica could not have been more professional or helpful! She gave me invaluable advice on what to consider in picking out a tub and all my bath and kitchen fixtures; things I never would have thought of and that are VERY important to my happiness with these purchases. Her help made all the difference in the world on how happy I will be with my remodel. This is service you NEVER would get at a big box store, and yet she matched big box prices I looked up! I highly recommend going to Ferguson's for your bath can kitchen needs.

If I could rate their customer service in a minus category, I would! I have called and left two voice mail messages for Michelle French to return my call and even sent her an email. After two months, still no return call. If I had known that this is the way they would treat a good paying customer who ordered all lighting and plumbing for our new home, I would have taken my business elsewhere!!! I will never buy anything from them again!

We had a great experience using Ferguson for our construction project to include plumbing & appliances. They had great selection and competitive prices! Lucas was beyond helpful and patient through the entire process. He was always very easy to reach with questions or adjustments to our order. We had to make a lot of adjustments and leaned on his expertise to help along the way. Thanks Lucas & Ferguson for excellent customer service & products!

I'm planning to remodel two bathrooms and really wanted to use this Ferguson's because it is close to where I live. However their customer service is horrible. I'll gladly take my dollars elsewhere where the staff are helpful and not snooty.

We chose to purchase a new oven at Ferguson to support a local business rather than a big box store or a national chain. Big mistake! When our KitchenAid oven was installed it did not work. I called The sales person at Ferguson that we needed a replacement and explained that the oven did not work at all. He said that we had to work through KitchenAid directly and they would need to send a service person out to evaluate. It is now a week later and the service person said that they need to order a part that will take another week to arrive. Two weeks without an oven and Ferguson does not seem to care.

Our builder set us up with Ferguson for our kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity. Jonathan Quick was our consultant. We should have known when we finally met with Mr. Quick at the Ferguson showroom what we were in for. Mr. Quick did not offer us any options or ideas for what we could do with our kitchen design after showing us the sketch he had already prepared for the builder. We were willing to pay more for some items, but we had to actually ask about them. He showed a general disinterest in helping us make the most of our kitchen. We chose a few upgrade items in addition to our standard kitchen plan, but they were all things we had to suggest, such as pull-out shelves and a pull-out spice rack. Mr. Quick merely showed us a catalog picture of the spice rack; he neglected to mention that the rack would not span the full height of our 42" cabinet. Imagine our surprise when we saw that we have a large dead space at the top! But Mr. Quick's lack of a winning personality and interest in us did not end at the consultation. When the installer arrived to install our cabinets, he was not made aware of the open shelves in our pantry and installed door hinges for a door that did not exist. Additionally, Mr. Quick never actually ordered our spice rack, so it was not delivered with our cabinets. We were also missing soft-close drawer glides, edge trim for one cabinet, corner trim for three corners, and matching quarter round for the base of the cabinets. Our refrigerator opening was built to the exact dimension of our refrigerator, making for a very tight fit, despite having provided Mr. Quick with all of the dimensions of our appliances. The second time the installer came (a few weeks later), he had the soft-close drawer glides, but one was the wrong size (all of our drawers are the same depth). So instead of leaving a working regular drawer glide, he left the one that was too short, rendering the drawer inoperable. He installed the spice rack and two of the corner trim pieces. Upon finally moving into our new house, our kitchen was still not complete. It had been at least two weeks since the installer's second visit. We called Ferguson several times, with the response that they had to order parts. Why these seemingly standard parts were not part of the original kitchen order was beyond us. Two and a half weeks after moving in, the installer came for the third time with the correct drawer glide and the third corner trim piece. The quarter round and cabinet edge trim were still missing. Three and a half weeks after moving in, the installer came for the fourth time with the quarter round and edge trim. Both trims were not even close to a match of our cabinet stain. My husband gave in on the quarter round, but refused to accept the veneer edge trim. The installer had an extra cabinet door in the same stain, and he fashioned a piece of edge trim from the door, completely destroying the door. All in all, the service from Ferguson was far from what we expected from a company that specializes in kitchens and bathrooms! In my opinion, our experience was completely unacceptable. We did not receive any apologies or goodwill from the manager of Ferguson, who repeatedly blamed inventory and ordering issues for problems that were obviously the result of poor planning or just plain negligence. If you are planning to spend your hard-earned money on your kitchen or bath, I suggest steering clear of Ferguson!
