So many clearance items! Very organized. Pharmacy is closed 1-2 for lunch.

The lady who works the floor is always rude. Last time we went in I was just getting a chapstick at the self checkout. The system froze so I turned around and put the chapstick right back on the shelf where I got it and left.
She went running out after me and yelled at me to pay for the chapstick and accused me of stealing.
Since we've come back to the area, I return to this CVS just to see she's still sour at people. I don't get it and honestly it makes me dread coming back because I don't know if I can touch anything without being accused of theft.

I needed to print out a variety of photos, which turned out to be much more difficult than I had anticipated. Staff, especially Debbie, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, sticking with me and patiently explaining and walking me through the complex and time-consuming process until the job was done. She even delayed her lunch to assist me. CVS is lucky to have an employee like Debbie!

When I called and said I needed to fill a prescription the pharmacist hung up the phone on me then refused to pick it up when I called back.
Abysmal customer service.

Truly a joke of a pharmacy. You'll get multiple texts saying your prescriptions are ready. So you go 30+ minutes out of your way to get there and be told nothing is ready. And won't be anytime soon. Either fix your system or treat people with critical medication with more respect.Avoid this spot for anywhere else in Carrboro or Chapel Hill

CVS is horrendous for filling prescriptions. Monthly, I attempt to order a medication in advance to give the locations time to order. Seems keeping inventory is a struggle these days. Drug shortages are not CVS' fault, however, having an accurate handle on inventory and ordering medications not in stock is.I place the order days in advance, they never order, I then have to spend hours calling other locations to see if they have inventory as the systems CVS uses to look into other stores is highly inaccurate. After noticing the prescription is delayed, I call in wasting time on their automated menus as I know a phone tree can't resolve this challenge. I then ask if the medication will be in stock today, they say no, I then ask which stores have it, they provide a few stores, I call those stores and learn the information I obtained is outdated. CVS' inventory systems do not update in realtime. So then I spend more time calling other stores, and once I find a store that has it, that means a two hour round trip...Seems like this is a challenge CVS should be able to solve given we have these things called computers, with inventory management systems, these are regulated products, this medication isn't controlled meaning no one would ever steal it for recreational use. It's for migraines. So, every month, I have to spend one Saturday or Sunday seeking a drug like a junkie trying to get a fix, because CVS overworks their pharmacists, invests in no technology, puts five expensive stores on the same block, and wonders why their business model isn't keeping up with the current times.I'm forced to use CVS by my insurance or my cost will be in the hundreds of dollars for this medication. For migraines. Do we think this experience might lead to more migraines? This was the most recent store to fail as I'm at a point where I'm simply circulating between CVS locations to see if I can find one, just one that is competent. Still looking. Going to trash each one along the way as this is insane.Providing medications should be a pharmacies #1 priority as opposed to stocking the store with junk food that will make people need these medications. I can buy all the soda and candy at a CVS I want, but if I need a life-changing medication, ehhh, sorry buddy, we're building a store down the block so we can be incompetent there as well... Makes no sense

Got an auto notification that mom had 4 scripts ready. Make a special trip on Sunday to pick them up 1/2 hour each way, only to have them say there are no scripts.. well either the pharmacy, or their automated system was wrong. Either way we will be changing to a non CVS pharmacy.

I’m a physician and some front desk person at the pharmacy tried to tell me about CDC mandates and vaccines. Go elsewhere if you need a vaccine.

Debbie was very helpful with giving me a 25% discount from a coupon that was being troublesome. Thank you for going above and beyond Debbie <3

Do not use this pharmacy ... They are unwilling to fix mistakes made by another CVS pharmacy located in Watertown NY ... They told me that I and my Dr need to fix cvs's mistake ... This is a complete 180 from what the carboro pharmacist told me last week in person when I requested a refill ...

I went this morning to get a money order, the older woman running the register was rude and had no idea what she was talking about. She claimed that western union money orders cannot be more than one thousand dollars, which they can be just split into $500 increments. Then she said that you can only pay cash for it, which is also not true. I just gave up and went next door to Harris Teeter. I was taken care of there in less than 10 minutes. If you are going to offer a service, at least train the employees the correct way to do them with the correct information to relay to a paying customer. Also if a name tag says customer service then they should at least have some kind of friendly customer service quality instead of being rude. Very cluttered too.

This location is easy to locate as it's right next-door to Harris Teeter's. I particularly like this location because the pharmacy is right upfront when you walk in. If you go inside just pay attention to the pharmacy hours as they close for lunch daily and you'll be waiting for quite a while. They have many things advertised on sale upfront and for convenience, they have self check out upfront, which I thought was helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful at this location.

Pharmacy staff here is great. Front desk staff great. Great location. BUT, nobody seems to care how filthy the place is. They did a major Reno that finished at least six months ago, including a new pharmacy queue line, the border of which are product shelving. There is barely any product, which is fine, but instead we're treated to absolute filth. See pics. I informed staff. Still gross. I informed the manager. Many weeks ago. Still gross. Like, why should I be grossed out in the pharmacy line? I'm tempted to show up and clean it myself for crying out loud. Ewwwwwww. Have a little pride of place. There's no way that store manager isn't paid enough to wipe this up.
