Did a fine job with a minor repair (but one that made the car undrivable), including tracking down a replacement part that was on back order. Final bill came in below estimate, which hasn't happened to me in decades.

Auto Logic is the best. I have a mechanic closer to home (Hillsborough) that I use for simple stuff but when things get serious, I go straight to Auto Logic. They are fair, competent and highly skilled. A+

The Auto Logic team is top notch - from Maryanne at the front desk to all the service advisors and techs. I was sad to learn that my Mini was on its last legs, but Daniel walked me through my options in an honest and transparent way, no pressure at all. A great experience on this and previous occasions.

Mechanic Daniel is thorough in his explanation of our Subaru’s issue. I feel confident about their findings and solutions. They do their best to address concerns and not perform unnecessary repairs.

I recently moved to the area from Arizona and was so lucky to have found this place. The water pump on my Toyota went out yesterday so I called these guys up and spoke with Daniel. They were able to look at my van and diagnose it same day. I recieved a text with pictures of the leaking water pump and an estimate for repairs. Surprisingly, the turn around time was so fast and it was ready today. Marianne was able to take my payment over the phone since I was at work. They were friendly and knowledgeable and I'm so lucky to have found a great shop so quickly. I'll be bringing my Toyota back for all maintenance and repairs. Thanks so much Auto Logic for getting me back on the road!

I've used Autologic for years and have found them to be fair and competent. Last year I went to Chapel Hill Tire for the state inspection because of a scheduling/traveling issue. CHT failed the car and told me it needed a costly repair. This seemed strange so I made an appointment with Autologic who did not find the supposed problem. This is now the second year that it has passed inspection and I have to wonder if the service team at CHT is rewarded in some way for their recommendations if acted upon while the service team at Autologic is more honest.
