“This place saved us today. We were bilking and one of our bikers lost some screws off of his bike clip shoe. They were closing (actually had closed) and opened up for us to get replacements to get us home safe.”

“Loading I had to do alone, despite the fact that the salesman said I'd have help....therefore, I get to move all of the limber from the rack into my truck, from my truck onto my driveway and finally move it through our house to the back yard.”
“We received wonderful service from Crystal at the service desk who went over and above when helping us find receipt information on a storm door we purchased from Lowes in North Myrtle Beach on November 14, 2023. We are so thankful that she was able to find the correct information while the millwork desk remained unmanned during the lunch hour. Thank you for having a great worker at the service desk.”
“Literally, the worst home depot as far as customer service goes. I was in shock, honestly. The lumber associate was awful, the lot associate that was supposed to help load a bunch of lumber told the cashier who called him that someone else was outside and he didn't need to go help-but there was no one outside. The key carrier was extremely rude and laughed at me. The reason I come to Home Depot is because employees are always so pleasant and willing to help. This location is the exact opposite. If you need help with lumber being cut, dont bother. if you need help loading lumber into your truck, don't bother. If you need to interact with a manager or key carrier, don't bother.”
