This place was exceptionally clean convenient to local places .
The condo was very clean. Response time with questions was at least less than 30 minutes. Each time. We were able to check in three hours early on a Friday Labor Day weekend which was definitely a bonus. Would definitely recommend this place on all levels.

The unit we rented with Salt Water Realty was perfect for my family of 3 and a pup's needs. We appreciated the beach towel that were provided, as well as the laundry detergent so we didn't have to take home dirty bathing suits. We were one block over from beach access, so the location was perfect, sandwiched between the intercoastal & the beach. Dale at SWR was incredibly responsive and had a binder full of recommendations for everything from local restaurants, to things to do and even had information for emergency vet care needs. And to praise the team at SWR even more, when we accidentally forgot to pack mine and my sons medications, Katlyn from SWR was incredibly kind enough to mail it back to us! You just can't beat that kind of customer service. Thank you Katlyn!!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at the “Rogers Retreat”. The location was perfect, just a couple steps away from the water and within a short distance to fantastic restaurants and carnival events. We enjoyed waking up to breathtaking sunsets right from the doorstep. Dale was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure any questions or concerns we had were met promptly. Their hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. Five stars all the way!"

We had an amazing stay at the beautiful Dapper Snapper. Dale was super responsive, kind and very welcoming. The house was beautiful and we easily fit our family of 5 with plenty of space to lounge.
We had a little maintenance issue and within minutes had a response from Brandon W., now known as our maintenance hero, who came in and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Issue fixed as quickly as could be, we were on track to continue our relaxing time there. I highly recommend renting your beach house from Salt Water Real Estate. Brandon, you are awesome! Thanks! We will be back!

What a pleasure this company is to rent from! We had a slight issue with our original booking but within 10 min not only was I contacted by the property manager, but also Dale, the agent! Within 30 minutes we were relocated/upgraded and I could not be more pleased--if you want first class service and absolute beautifully managed properties, Salt Water Real Estate is the way to go. I've rented in CB too many times to count but have never been treated so well or stayed in such a gorgeous property!! Thank you Dale, you are the best!!!

My experience with Salt Water Real Estate has been nothing less than incredible!The punctual responses, guess service upon arrival/request, and the communication that allowed me to be fully prepared for my time on the Island (CB).With such great views from the property where I visited it almost seemed unreal and beyond describable in words. You just have to see it!Definitely recommending this company for future stays!

Stayed at one of their rentals this past weekend. The place was clean, walkable to restaurants and the boardwalk, and a 1 minute walk to the beach. The property manager was very accommodating as well.

Saltwater Real Estate Co is THE BEST of the BEST...
Dale and Carol have gone so far beyond normal to help me find a place to stay during the off season that I dont think its possible to give them the proper credit, but they are "The Best!
My situation is not normal. My house that I lived in for 25 years burned in 2022, and it left me in a situation that I could not afford to buy the house next to me since the values went up 300% and just like that I was houseless with only half enough money to function, so this dilemma has sent me on a journey to totally relocate and start my life over somewhere else, so at 72 I was totally adrift, and just by chance I saw Carolina Beach NC as a fantastic place to headquarter out of while I look around, and by chance I called Dale at Saltwater Real Estate about staying in a condo or many condos on the beach for the off season, and Dale worked so hard to accomidate me and help me navigate thru my many time sensitive road blocks as my apartment lease in Texas was up and I had no place to seemlessy go, so I was in limbo for lack of a better word, and I have never had anyone step up so quickly and take control of my situation and totally look out for me, and his lease clients, and Dale played a heck of a game of chess to secure a place for me to temporarily live while I get to know the area and buy a new place if I find here is where I want to be, and I cannot thank Dale, and Carol enough for saving me so much stress, time and money, and Dale has been the absolute best, and he is very in tune with the area, and he has a heart, and so honest, and professional and all I can add is, IF you need a realestate agent, for vacation rentals or for a forever place, Ill assure you you will not find anyone that will take care of everything you need more than Dale and Carol at Saltwater Real Estate.

I must say Dale is the absolute best. I'm renting a place thru airbnb with him. He has been the easiest down to earth host. Fast responses, great suggestions for my dad's birthday weekend. The home was described perfectly as advertised. I'm overly satisfied. Hands down will totally recommend you guys to my friends and family. For sure you won't be disappointed with them.
