After going to occupational therapy in 2 different sessions with a frayed tendon I still suffered for a year . I finally tried acupuncture at Optimum Vitality. Olga was professional and very kind. The best thing about this experience was I no longer have pain in my elbow. If you are suffering from something of this nature I would definitely give them a try

I have suffered with chronic back pain for over 4 years. To say that Juan has changed my life for the better is an understatement. After many MRI/CT's (which all came back normal) I have tried everything humanly possible to seek relief from the daily pain. P/T (3x's), Injections, massage therapy, laser therapy, dry needling, spinal network chiropractic care, Pulsed Electromagnetic treatments, and even acupuncture. Everything gave me 'temporary' relief for a few weeks in the beginning and then the pain would always return with a vengeance. I was very hesitant attempting acupuncture again but was willing to give it another try. Juan immediately put me at ease and explained how he felt the treatments would help me. And they truly have! I've been without ANY back pain which is something I never thought I'd be able to say. Optimum Vitality has been a true lifesaver for me and I can not recommend them enough!

Everything from the professional staff to the experience itself was amazing! I felt completely relaxed and in safe hands with Olga since she explains the cupping process throughout the session. The atmosphere is calming and the clinic is clean. I can't wait to schedule my next appointment.

I hadn't slept well for over 9 months, waking with sciatica pain shooting down from my chronic lower back issues to my left leg. My back suffers with degenerative disc disease and the sleepless nights suffering stabing pain we're taking a toll on my life. I had tried physical therapy of all methods, weekly massage, dosing every night with pain medication, TENS, dry needling, and chiropractic. I read about Olga and her husband and decided to give acupuncture one more try. I'm telling you the truth, after one session I slept through the night. i scheduled three sessions a week for a month and now only go once a month for maintenance. I am grateful I went to Olga. She is super kind and knows her trade. I no longer have sciatica. I highly recommend her.

I started getting Acupuncture for the first time a few month ago at the recommendation of a neighbor friend. I was having issues with my shoulder and some knee discomfort.Olga is very professional and has the sweetest disposition in helping me with the my concerns. I no longer require monthly massages and it has helped my anxiety and memory so much.I spoke with her a few visits ago about suffering from hot flashes most likely brought on from menopause and she set up a new care plan to help and it did tremendously. I rarely suffer from them now. I was initially nervous about having needles, but my worries were completely unfounded. I highly recommend Optimum Vitality!Carol WWilmington NC

My goal for my health is integrative medicine with a holistic approach using naturopathic and herbal medicine.Olga at Optimum Vitality has met that goal. I started with reluctance since I have suffered with migraines, shoulder pain and low energy from hormone imbalance, complex medical issues and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome for so many years. I have tried OTC, prescriptions that I was allergic to and physcal therapy with very little results that didn't meet my health goal. With multiple young children needing to function is a must. After two acupuncture sessions and using the oil recommended I experienced less pain, reduced migraines and more energy. After that it was just fine tuning my personal physical needs.Olga provides a relaxing environment, great listening skills and a wealth of knowledge on acupuncture and herbs. I have recommended to friends and family.

New to Acupuncture and the results are amazing after just one visit!Suffering from radiation and chemo damage and the usual docs have offered differing opinions and no relief. Olga has changed my life in one week. Can’t say enough good things!

I have been seeing Olga for several months and I have never felt better. I have always had terrible neck and shoulder pain. The pain started traveling up into my head and I started having debilitating headaches. In the beginning I went 4 times in about a week and a half. After that I only go once per month. It’s a spa like experience and very relaxing. I cannot recommend Olga enough!

I’m so pleased with the services at Optimum Vitality, and Olga is such a sweet and caring person , Olga really takes her time and makes sure every concern is priority. I didn’t have regular cycles and I didn’t have a cycle for the last 2 months and just one session I was able to start my cycle again. I’m so pleased and eager to start my journey to parenthood again.

I was having pain in my hip that would not go away. I saw Olga for acupuncture and cupping and after one treatment it was 60% better. After my second appointment the pain was gone. I highly recommend Olga and Optimum Vitality!
