Showed up this morning with a bad battery. Craig was working and got me a new battery under warranty. I was in and out in with no issues. Ask for Craig, he's a great guy.

The guys here at NAPA are top notch! my battery was dying and the fellow was so kind- He put it in for me and I was so thankful! Very friendly and helpful staff!!!

The guy who helped us (wish I had his name) was amazing. Our car battery was going and needed replacing while on vacation. We bought the battery and he installed it for us! No hassle whatsoever! We are SO grateful. I highly recommend this business!

This is a very clean and well-stocked store with exceptional service. I was able to find a good stock of Rotella oil 10W-30, 15W-40, and SAE 40 which the staff of this NAPA kindly delivered to the city dinghy dock and helped load. Great town, great moorings, great people, and great service. A wonderful place for a cruising boater to stop, rest, and enjoy.

Great to have this auto parts store in Carolina Beach. Good selection. Craig was extremely helpful...I called ahead and he verified that the part I needed was in stock and tagged it for me so when I went to the store it was easy to find. He also went above and beyond and helped with the installation. 5 stars for Craig!
