I’ve had a few issues with my Epic Cart. They have been resolved. One thing I’ve not had issues with is the service provided by Kristopher and his staff. Kristopher meet with me AFTER HOURS so I could pick up the cart. Not many folks will do that for you now days. If your looking to purchase a new cart, have your cart repaired/serviced, or looking to rent a cart, go see Kristopher and his staff.

We showed up 20 minutes till quitting time and the treated us like morons. Then wouldn't rent us a cart till the next day. Needless to say we didn't go back. They suck.

Update August 2023: Manager reached out and offered to compensate for troubles. Not necessary but was appreciated, many businesses these days wont give customers a second thought.Staff seems friendly enough, but don't hold up their end of the bargain. Was told new cart was in and they would deliver. Three weeks later I went there to pick up the cart because they would never arrange delivery date. Was told they would mail tag when it came in. Weeks passed, got payment notice from DMV but no tags. Called store and they said they have the tag and would mail it that day. Week later no tag, called the stored and they never mailed it. So traveling a hour one way to pick it up tomorrow. Nice enough folks, they just don't follow through.

Bad customer service. Two managers agreed to drop the golf cart off, yet they did not call or show. Claims were made that they were very busy and forgot.

We went to the Wilmington Home Show with friends and visited the ICON Carolina Beach booth. There we met Tanner, who went through all the details and benefits of owning a golf cart. Two days later at the store, Tanner showed us some other models and we bought a beautiful blue I40FL with brown seats. Tanner helped us choose some options like lockable glove boxes and a sound system. A couple days later Tanned delivered our cart and gave us a thorough explanation of how the cart worked, how to charge it, etc. Thanks Tanner and thanks Icon Carolina Beach for great customer service.

My husband and I bought a golf cart from the Icon Golf Carts Carolina Beach. Tanner spent a lot of time with us. What started out as just browsing and asking questions, very quickly turned into purchasing for us. The knowledge and customer service was top notch!
