Planned on running up to minute clinic due to ear infection. Online says "walk in clinic open" but was not. Please keep website updated. I get being short staffed but now must pay triple, or drive 30 mins inland and waste my time. Took around ten minutes for my wife to get someone to tell us where else to go. SHOULD HAVE HAD "CLOSED" FOR MINUTE CLINIC ON THE WEBPAGE!!!!

It's not the first place you think of when looking for t-shirts to bring home but not only a good selection, but half the price of the tourist traps. Also carry all your sun care and pain medication.

I am not one to leave bad reviews and gave this pharmacy a chance despite the bad reviews…but I should have listened to the reviews for this CVS location because they are all true. I have only filled a few prescriptions here, but with every single one they have taken hours if not days to fill. I have had to call and visit the location multiple times to get my prescription noticed and to see it through to completion. I may not have an adequate understanding of how many hoops it takes to fill a prescription, but I don’t think it should take as long as it does at this location. I have had nothing but poor experiences with this pharmacy and will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Astoundingly incompetent and inept employees litter this pharmacy, like so many droppings from the idiots atop their rickety corporate ladder. Also, their phone system, website, rewards program, and protocols are all ridiculous.I advise against trusting CVS with your personal, medical and financial data. This company and this store are an absolute trash pile.

I had an AMAZING experience at this CVS! Was looking for a specific hair product and I brought it to the manager, who kindly searched for it all throughout the store. He even asked one of his associates to go and check in their truck's recent shipment, and he went out and found it! The staff is so kind, personable, and friendly.

The Worst Pharmacy Ever!People I can't explain how bad it is.Want great service go to the Walgreens beside Food Lion so glad I found them, CVS was lucky I didn't flip on the today ! But it's coming someone is gonna go Postal on them one day because of the way they treat people young and oldWelcome to the CVS woke store,Because that's the kind of people working the Pharmacy. Would have gave them a 0 but it wouldn't let me.

Kim is excellent!!! She was my primary for many many years at a local medical group here in Wilmington. No matter what is going on, she always greets me with a smile. Her knowledge is superior. Patience is one of the best things I love about her. She really listens to your concerns, and keeps you involved in your treatment plan, and recovery. I wish she could be my primary doctor again! Kim has always provided excellent medical care to me and my family. We trust her with our health care needs 100 percent. If you need to see a medical provider, I encourage you to see Kim, if she feels you need more care than she is able to provide due to CVS only being a minute clinic, she will send you in the right direction for your additional medical needs. I have had many health care providers, none compares to Kim's oath to her patients " You matter and I care"! Happy Thanksgiving!

This review is based on the clinic. Pamela was the person taking care of me. She prescribed me a steroid pack and also told me to take ibuprofen every 4 hours plus Tylenol every 6. After a few days of this I looked online about whether I could take cough meds while on steroids, seems like thats fine, but there was a huge warning that ibuprofen should not be taken while on steroids due to possible stomach ulcers, bleeding and ruptures!! Not sure why she told me to take it then. I now don't trust the people working there.

I've lived here for 17 years raised three kids this is my go to place. Years ago when we were all sick all I had to do was go through the drive-through and I got everything I needed and some.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to..and ita not even close.. Even the other pharmacys will tell you how you have to trick them into amswer phone..and im sorry dont give me a line about being short staffed..CVS IS WORTH 130 BILLION. SO SORRY..DONT CARE
