We stayed at the cabana condos room 232 for a long weekend through red awning vacation rentals, managed by Palm air realty. The location was nice. However, I would not stay here again. The floors were so nasty my socks were black from just walking the hallway, soap scum on the glass shower door, shower head barley hanging in the wall and the front door wouldn't take much to break in as its barley locking. Parking garage was closed for maintenance, that we weren't informed about, forcing us to park across the street and fight for parking. I called both numbers in my emails to speak with someone about that issue, but no one ever answered. Only one bed was decently comfortable, and to use the 3rd bed you had to pay for sheets! Lastly, there is a restaurant that plays live music until 12 am right outside your window keeping you up. For the amount of money spent on this rental I just expected more.

Do NOT do business with this company. They’re rude to the point of harassment. Their rental hot tub that was advertised was not working and they said they would come to fix it and never did. When I asked for a partial refund they agreed then accused us of damaging the property. If you stay w them take pictures of alllllll damages bc they will try to charge you.

Grace was extremely helpful when I rented during the off-season. She was prompt resolving any issues that arose during my 3 month stay and gave me numerous recommendations on local spots to try. I would use her again to plan any future stays in CB.

We rent long term in a unit on Kure Beach and love it! The Palm Air team is always quick to respond and we appreciate that someone on the island continues to have a couple of long term units.

We rented a large home from them (501 Ave K, Kure Beach).Contacted this agency days after departure to let them know there were items that need to be returned. After 17 days, the mailing store contacted us to let us know the package was given to them on day 14 (Friday afternoon before they closed for the weekend) to be sent to us. Fourteen days! We are responsible for shipping costs. ($35.00)The items will not be shipped in time for the next adventure in Hawaii. I have to repurchase swimming suits. (not cheap)The real estate company was contacted seventeen days ago and didn't see fit to mail the items out. Their excuse? 'Oh, extremely busy, phones ringing all day. 'We rented a large home from them (501 Ave K, Kure Beach). the furniture was broken and the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, the ants were on all levels of the house. I understand they are working with a landowner and the condition of the furniture is not theirs to repair. That being said, are the problems going to be addressed by Palm Air Realty or are the next renters going to have the same issues? Will Palm Air realty agents excuses going to be; 'Oh, extremely busy, phones ringing all day.'

We stayed at one of Carolina Beach properties for a few days on our vacation and overall it was great! The rental company staff communicated well and was friendly.The location of the property was unbeatable - it was waterfront and you were literally 30 steps away from the beach. The ocean views were fantastic (see the attached photos) and you could hear waves rushing to the shore all day long. There's also a balcony with a table and chairs where you could enjoy breakfasts or dinners and stare at the Atlantic Ocean.The unit itself was big and was 50/50 updated. The living room was pretty modern but bathroom wasn't. The kitchen cabinets were new but appliances were old. Overall, the condo was pretty spacious, cozy, and it had everything you needed.The only things that could make our stay better would be:- Cleaner floors. I walked around the apartment barefoot and there was sand and other dirt particles in all rooms.- Quieter HVAC. The unit seemed to have an old A/C system and when it was on, it was pretty loud. It would be great to have a quiet airflow system as I think sometimes it was louder than the waves outside.- A Smart TV. The TV in the living room didn't have Netflix or other streaming services - only cable. It's not really that big of a deal as you have amazing vistas outside and a plenty of places to go, but if you thought about relaxing and watching your favorite movie in the evening you're out of luck.Taking everything into account, you are getting great value for the money. This unit was definitely not as expensive as some other waterfront condos and I'd definitely recommend renting it.All in all, we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back next time we are visiting Wilmington!

Everytime I go to Carolina or Kure Beach, I always rent my vacation rental from Palm Air Realty. We love staying at the historic cottages on site when we fish in the fall. You can just roll your fishing cart to the pier that is not even a block down the road ! I love the selection of oceanfront rentals they have ! They were perfect for our family when we visited the area last summer.

We stayed in one of their properties on Carolina Beach for Christmas. The property was exactly what we were hoping for. They were very responsive in answering any questions that I had. The property was very well maintained and right on the beach. I would definitely stay there again or in one of their other properties.

This property at 613 Carolina Beach Ave., for which we paid almost $3,000 for a month's stay, was a bad joke played on us. From the moment we opened the door to the building and saw the filthy carpet and gray walls of the interior stairs, we wanted to turn around. Over the course of a month we found : roaches, burned out light fixtures, no ice cube trays ( we were told to go to dollar store and buy some), no beach chairs ( we were told to go to dollar store and buy some), a flashlight with no bulbs, candles but no matches, two burned out wall out lets, a microwave that had to be replaced, and a furnace that stopped working and had to be serviced with workmen in the condo for two days. The whole place was like a really cheap student housing apartment. Palm Air either doesn't care to manage properties and wants to get out of the business, or they are marching toward bankruptcy. Until they clean up their act, Do Not Rent Anything from Them.

Palm Air Realty is very affordable, clean, has friendly staff and a great location. I had no complaints at all. The cottage was decorated very nicely with beach themes throughout. Smooth Sailing cottage was a great fit for our family of 4 adults and 3 kids. It was dog friendly and everyone (including our fur babies) had an amazing stay! I would and have recommended them for future reservations! Thanks for everything and making our stay away from home feel like home!

Rented Sea Haven for a week and it was absolutely perfect!Beautiful view .Gorgeous weather for January. Modern appliances. Huge kitchen. Spotless floors and furniture. Very comfortable beds with 400+ count sheets and cushy towels, huge flat screen TV with ALL the channels, etc.Now, let me tell you about Palm Air...They are the BEST ❤️.Ann and her staff are the most amazing and friendly people you will ever want to meet. I highly recommend. Ann is the most meticulous agent when it comes to Palm Air Rentals.She is reliable and always at hand if you need her. Bravo, Palm Air Reality - I have been using you for my oceanfront rentals for over 3 years now.I will continue to do so!

Incredible staff, Jessica, Anne, and Ea are the best to work with . We stayed at two houses in Kure Beach. We love the ocean and fresh air . I would recommend these gals to anyone who needs a vacation rental. All you have to do is ask and they will find a place that will suit your needs.
