I sent my best friend into the bank to deposit my paycheck since I am disabled. I can sometimes come in but on my bad days I just can’t walk from the pain. I was getting a little cash back and forgot that was going to need me. I want you to know he walked out to check my license to verify me as the account holder! My heart was so touched by this that I will never forget his kindness. The world today is so disconnected and he proves that people do still look at for each other. There has only been 1 time that I can recall that I was unhappy with the customer service, and that was in 2021 when I called in to speak with the loan officer on duty. The woman asked me a couple of questions, and proceeded to inform me that she could not qualify us for a home loan based off of the questions she asked; without ever asking for my name, or looking into my account. Her reason was due to the fact that we withdraw cash from our checking account weekly to put into our cash savings, she claimed it would be untraceable (although looking back at our bank statements, you could account for all cash saved). I don't remember her name, but I'm sure she's no longer there.Other than that, this bank has been wonderful, the staff recognize us every time.”

“I never thought I would get an account with BOA but I did partly due to it’s proximity;over the past two years I’ve become a huge fan of this bank and the staff at this branch. They have been extremely helpful to me and they are always very NICE, which carries a lot of weight. On a side note BOA is a great bank for dealing with a personal checking account being hacked, they are extremely fast to reimburse! They made an otherwise painful ordeal not so bad ,nothing bouncing etc . Brick and mortar banking may be obsolete, but prepare to be treated with courtesy and respect by the tellers and managers”
