Attempted to purchase a washer and dryer 11/17/23 with delivery date of 11/21 if we purchased by Monday 11/20. Went back in 1120 ordered everything necessary and was told at that point would not be delivered until 11/28. I received multiple emails and text saying that it was going to be delivered on the 28th. Evening of the 27th. I received a call saying that it was not going to be delivered on the 28th that the washer was not in stock. The associate told me he would call me back the next day and let me know what else was going on. I heard nothing. I went back into the store on the 29th to try to figure out what was going on. Come to find out the whole transaction was rang up incorrectly. The original associate had never requested it to come from the distribution center. I was in Lowe's for probably about an hour and a half getting it all straight and left there feeling pretty good with a delivery date of Saturday, December 2. Thursday the 30th I received an email stating that my delivery had been confirmed for Sunday, December 3. I called the store just to check since I was supposed to be on schedule for the second and I'm struggling believing anything they say at this point. And I guess I really needed to check to see if they even deliver on Sunday. The associate in the appliance department that answered the phone said no we don't deliver on Sunday they'll probably deliver it on Monday. I said probably delivered on Monday. We hung up and I called back and spoke to someone else. Finally got to someone who halfway knew what they were doing and she said that they do have a third-party that delivers on Sunday so at this point, the washer and dryer are supposed to be on schedule for Sunday the third. Fingers crossed. I would almost doubt very seriously that it's going to happen but we'll see. Bottom line if you can't purchase it and carry it out the door yourself; Just walk away. I can be pretty sure they don't care. But that will be the last appliance we buy from them.

I came to Lowe's today to return some flooring. The return process was extremely simple and quick. I went back to the flooring department, where a gentleman name. Linn helped me decide what flooring would be best for our project and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He then came across the parking lot to help me load up my car, even though he was on his lunch break. Overall, all the employees I have met here have been wonderful. I would much rather this location over Jacksonville..

Update: Went in to grab one item and I just wanted to say thanks for being so nice when I checked out. Wish I had gotten her name. Aug 9, 2022. Terminal 11 at 4:43 pm It is just a pleasure when staff smiles at me when I walk up and says hello. I don't get that very often at other stores. Lowes is training the staff well.

Very busy day for the staff here! Phil was great s out in the garden section. We purchased a wagon for collecting shells. Brittany, in customer service, helped us with the after heater we had ordered on line. Anthony was helpful in getting the unit out of storage and loaded it into the car. My son works for Home Depot and know these team members work hard.

I spent over three weeks in discomfort with a large metal ring stuck on my finger. I tried all of the tricks in the book, but had no luck. I happen to be in North Carolina visiting family for the holidays and decided to check out Lowe's to see if they had any tools to get it off. Wanda, you are a lifesaver. She saw what we were trying to do and made it her mission to help us out. She recommended a few methods and one of them finally worked. My finger is free of the ring and finally has full circulation! Wanda was friendly, approachable and cheery, this is why people enjoy Lowe's and why it is my hardware store of choice!

I, along with several friends, avoided this store due to ongoing issues with customer service. I recently decided to give it another try when my central air went out and I needed a window unit to get through a weekend heat wave. I was greeted immediately by a smiling associate named George. He escorted me to the right department and used his personal experience to help me choose the best option. He then loaded it into my car for me. Later that day, I returned to pick up an accessory and found a very helpful lady (unfortunately, I didn't catch her name) who was equally accommodating. Even the young cashier was friendly and thanked me for my purchase as I was checking out. Perhaps management has listened to the complaints and decided to correct the problem. Regardless of the reason, I'm happy to say I've finally had a positive experience here.

The service at this Lowe's location is better than any other Lowe's I have been too. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful it doesn't matter who your talking to they will help you find what you need.

Exceptional store. Great staff that is always and helpful. Pet friendly and always clean. Charlie from the nuts and bolts department is the best and he always has great and creative advice for repairs and projects, I have come to the store just to get his thoughts on projects and made many successful purchases due to him.

This is my store of choice but that is about to change. I served my country for many years. I'm done with all the comments about the military discount. I showed two ID's from the department of defence and I was told we cant use them. WOW. both showed, branch, dates of service, my picture, etc. The discount was put in place from lowes. Not the employes in that store. If the company offers a discount then the employees need to follow thru. It's not the employees discussion to give or refuse this earned discount. I visited this store and was told my DOD Id's are not proof of military service. WOW So my DOD military id and my DOD veteran ID... ARE NOT PROOF WOW!

We prefer this store much more than the one in Jacksonville. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and they have a decent selection of things.

Not another Lowes that can hold a candle to this one.. Have purchased large ticket items to light bulbs and the employees are always friendly .. will stop what they are doing to help and walk you to what you are looking for if they are not sure where it is....Sorry i can not remember all the names, but the people in the appliance department are top notch. All the managers have always been very pleasant to deal with as well (and that can be very trying at times when dealing with the public).. most of my dealings have been with Robert and he could not have been a nicer person, he went out of his way when we have an issue with an appliance..He always returned my phone calls (and there were several ) but he was always very nice and made sure everything was taken care off. Just a nice store with wonderful employees.. so glad this store is in our area..

Just bought a portable stainless steal grill here. Great selection of grills. The employee in this area was very knowledgeable and helpful. I also found a good grill brush.

The friendliest and best looking staff I have encountered at any box store. The staff is very attentive and knowledgable. If the employee that helped me didn't have an answer he called someone who did. I didn't get pointed towards what I was shopping for like most places. He walked with me and actually showed me the products. He questioned my needs and I ended up buying more than I had planned but gas is expensive and I didn't have to go back. I did not realize what I needed required more items.
