Professional, great pricing and excellent customer service. I wish we could give them six stars. I had Carolina Steam Clean come in and clean the nasty carpets in a rental I was about to move into. Worth every penny (and it was super affordable). It made a HUGE difference in the space. Customer service was amazing—they even managed to squeeze me in to accommodate my move-in window during a busy week. Trever was my cleaner. He was fast, careful and a very sweet person. Contacted Carolina Steam Cleaning based on their proximity and good reviews. When they showed up we asked if they would please wear masks. We have an immune-compromised family member. They refused and told us to find another company. We did and got the bonus of a better price. If you want a company that respects your needs and values your business this one is not it.
