This place is an absolute joke. Every time I call in to the service department I get someone on the end of the line just pushing customers away.
So infuriating.
The service here alone keeps our fleet from purchasing another freightliner.

Ok first off to tell everyone im a prime driver & this by far is the best freightliner I have ever went to, & I have been to alot.. Jason and Ken are the best of the best.. they have the best mechanics and there facility is top notch,, u can get a shower, do laundry or relax in thier lazy boys until your truck is done.. Im sorry lady but not least.. They all have that southern hospitality and yes I'm from/live in nc too... overall I give them 5 star all the way around.. Thank you so much velocity freightliner of canton nc

The most unprofessional company to work for, especially the Canton, NC location. Kenny, in the service department, thinks he’s a know it all. Steve, the Service Manager, is a coward that can’t do his job. They’re both racist. Kenny & Steve both have said that the guys from Jays Hauling (one of Velocity’s customers) are always trying to get something for free done on their trucks because “they’re black and that’s just what they do”. I’m so glad I don’t work there anymore! Everyone needs to do themselves a favor and go anywhere but Velocity to have repairs done on your truck!

in there April 11 the staff was very helpful and courteous, and they completed my repairs in a very timely fashion. I would definitely recommend going there. I was very happy with the service I received.

7 days to replace a clutch was told 2 days. Zero communication from the place had to call them. Stuck the driver there over the weekend. I’ll tow the next one home. Which is what the lady on the phone said I should do

People were great and friendly. Very nice drivers room with laundry. Comfy chairs and cable tv. However, check your parts list for aftermarket parts placed on your vehicle. I was there last Wednesday and Thursday for a nox sensor. They didn’t have one in stock so I had to wait until the next day. It was great until I made it to Arkansas. Check engine light came back on. Made it home to my hometown freightliner and found out that an aftermarket part was used and it will not be warranted. So I’m out $1400 for the original job and now whatever this one will cost.The job may be under Joe Tex Xpress truck number 1966.

I stopped in to velocity truck center to pick up some parts for my Newmar Dutch star motorhome. They always have the best prices and I have never found them not to have items in stock.They have done considerable amount of work on my motor home over the years and I've always had a very good experience. I highly recommend velocity truck center.

We just bought a 2007 Fleetwood Excursion 40X. Not knowing what service had been done lately, I contacted Velocity and talked to the service manager. He was very accommodating and friendly. We agreed that I would bring the motorhome down to them (I only live about 3 miles away) and they would do the service on it. Since I was not going on a trip right now, I told them to keep it a few days. Got a call within 48 hours that the service was done. The cost was below the original estimate. I came to pick it up and the service manager told me after re adding my bill that it was actually LESS than I was told. I am very pleased with the service and timeliness of work I will certainly be back. Many thanks to all the guys in the service department. You guys rock !!

Slow as hell They cannot figure out if they have someone there to do a test drive on a truck because I could not find anyone working for they if they had CDL in 24 hours
