I don’t know the name of the incompetent woman I’ve had the utmost misfortune of speaking to the last few times I have called (including my last call five minutes ago). Blatantly rude and cops an attitude when I asked the most basic questions. It doesn’t take two brain cells to have to answer the questions that I asked. Hope she’s not as lazy when it comes to refilling meds as she is with doing one simple task. I’ve never had an issue this bad to make me switch pharmacist but will gladly take my business to Ingles after dealing with this halfwit. Absolutely ridiculous and shouldn’t be tolerated ?

never fills prescription on time always an issue , took months to get them to finally fill my prescription with 60 instead of 30 even tho my dermatologist had sent over that i need a 60 refill instead of 30

Seems that waldreens pharmacy believs they dont have to follow stata laws concernind perscripstions. I will be filing a complaint with the state as well as the federal government.

Two days late for my med because they're out of stock. This is the second time this has happened. Staff gives excuses for running out of meds and says I am the one who needs to call around to the different pharmacy stores to see who has the med. Corporate says they shouldn't have said that to me. Staff including the manager says unprofessional and inappropriate things that should never be said to a customer. Meanwhile the meds are in but haven't yet been sorted out by 7:30pm today.

All the Walgreens around here close their pharmacies early with no warning. Walgreens corporate needs to treat their employees better so they can actually stay open as advertised. Very frustrating. I think I'll have to move my prescriptions as this happens very frequently both in Waynesville and Canton.

Will not fill prescription promptly that is called in by your doctor. Let's everyday meds run completely out, have to wait days for it to be filled. Kids can not go days without ADHD meds. Like using this pharmacy cause it was close to home, but will find one that will keep my kids meds filled, that won't make them go days without it.

Very clean and organized store. Staff are always friendly. This is a great place to get some necessities without having to drive to Walmart.
