The vax clinic was 5-7pm. The vet arrived around 5:20pm. We were told the crew would not arrive until 6pm. It takes at least 10 minutes to set up. No one seemed concerned about arriving on time.

they like to choke on animals they claim are too aggressive. why work with animals if yall can't handle it..?

I was told my cat would get an exam. No exam, nothing. Just vacs and back in the carrier. Will go to an office next time. sorry, but I guess you get what you pay for. And I have to collect my own fecal sample and send it in? Really?
