The wife and I came here for dinner at the restaurant(we unfortunately did not stay at the hotel). First, before we even got to the restaurant, the blue ridge parkway was absolutely beautiful as well as the view of the mountains from the restaurant. The view is just breathe taking. While we were waiting for our reservation, we did venture down to the wine bar. It was equally as beautiful and cozy but be warned, it is very expensive in the wine bar. One glass of wine was $25 before tip. From there we ate at the restaurant, the wife got the walnut crusted trout and I got the mountain half chicken. The wife said her meal was amazing, the walnut crust mixed very well with the blueberry butter, she would order it again. The half chicken was cooked perfectly and I would order it again too but it was also a little bland. The best way to end an evening is the French silk pie all the way with strawberries, ice cream, and whipped cream. Their French silk pie is probably one of the best I've every had.

We have driven by this Inn for years just wanting to one day stay there. Finally we did and it was everything we hoped for. The room was the perfect size. The bed comfortable and the shower and water temperature and pressure were just right. The view from our ground level room was incredible. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was amazing. They have many gluten free options available and I greatly appreciate that. Our servers were friendly and knowledgeable of the food and area. There are so many hiking areas within a short drive. Of course the Blue Ridge Parkway is a can’t miss experience. Check in and out as well as parking were a breeze. We will plan another stay for sure.

Ate lunch at the restaurant and overall it was just okay. We had the Reuben, bbq pork, and pecan salad. Reuben was easily the best of the three. Bbq pork plate was most likely not made in house just like the cole slaw. Honestly it's wayy overpriced in regards to quality/quantity but luckily the view makes up for it. The staff were friendly and attentive

Love love love! The rooms are rustic and comfortable! Clean and convenient to the restaurant! No sir conditioner needed even in July. Little private balcony on our room!! Great views and so peaceful!
Rooms: Clean and roomy!!
Nearby activities: So many day trips from the Inn! Walking trails, waterfalls, overlooks and picnic areas within minutes!
Walkability: Nice sidewalks for you right on the location!
Food & drinks: Great restaurant!
Noteworthy details: The history and private location just add to the charm!

Very, very unique place in one of the most beautiful locations in the United States. Somewhat expensive but worth it. We lowered the overall cost by eating dinner prior to coming. Some guidance would be good as sometimes it so so foggy you are unable to see anything- so preplanning would be beneficial for a ‘best scenario’ outcome.
Rooms: Each room had a canyon view balcony, but were not large and could only accommodate 4 people.

This review is for dining only.
Wonderful service, especially Charlotte will make your day! She is very attentive, friendly and funny. As for food I wouldn’t say extraordinary but it’s good. The view is what you got to go for here, a must!
Food & drinks: French silk pie ‘all the way’ is worth the try.
Trouts are okayish

Noteworthy details: We’ve never stayed at Pisgah Inn but it’s a good place for a break and a quick snack on the parkway. The staff is super friendly and we’ve never been denied access to the great view from the back deck.

Hotel itself is... Kinda gross. The view on the other hand, awesome and a half. Maybe just camp across the street then pop over for the view.

We only drove up to eat at the restaurant this time. When we have stayed, it's a perfect place to get away from whatever it is you want to get away from.
Food & drinks: Great restaurant never had a bad meal. Service is fantastic.
