Today made our second purchase from Messer's MilltownFurniture. Again, I received the same treatment. Polite, knowledgeable and patient. He let me take my time looking at sofas with no pushy attitude. He asked me what I was interested on and let me choose the one I wanted, not the one he wanted to sell me. When come time to pay, he charged me the price he quoted...no added fees or taxes etc. Delivery arrangements were very swift and courteous. I get my sofa tomorrow ...no waiting for days or weeks. This is where I shop for all my furniture needs and I highly recommend them.

I'm came down to NC to help my parents with their health needs. Stopped in Messer's to get an idea of pricing for beds, and I was immediately greeted by the owner. He simply welcomed me to the store and offered help if he needed it. He wasn't pushy. I was impressed by the fair prices, quality of items, and cleanliness of store. I ended up buying a mattress and his employees delivered it and carried it in the house the same day. Very friendly and helpful. I will be shopping there again!

I had to quickly purchase a recliner for a relative who was visiting in a few days. I walked into Messers and they immediately made me feel welcome without being pressured. They allowed me to browse on my own and try out different chairs while still being available. They delivered my chair SAME DAY for an extremely reasonable price and the delivery was wonderful. The guys even brought the chair to our tiny house at the back of the property for me (so many other places will only deliver right inside your door unless you pay a fortune). They were so polite and friendly and efficient. Cannot recommend enough.
