Eddie McGill went above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for. He worked after hours and even had a truck shipped to the dealership for us. Would give more stars if I could. This was the best vehicle buying experience my husband and I have had! We’re thankful for his time and Ken wilson ford. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Eddie Got me into my dream car with ease. This has been a long time coming and I have wanted one of these for years. Got a 2021 Mustang GT 5.0 with the Six Speed Manual Transmission, best vehicle I have ever owned and doing business there was great. Very helpful and efficient, I work at a dealership myself and was impressed, highly recommend Eddie at Ken Wilson Ford!

Ken Wilson Ford has awesome service namely Mr. Lynn Bright. While my order was manufactured incorrectly, Ken Wilson Ford has made sure to hold Ford accountable and make sure that I got exactly what I paid for. Great service, this has been my second purchase from Ken Wilson. Would recommend 10/10

We have been purchasing used cars/trucks from Ken Wilson Ford for over 20 years! They literally treat us like family...(a GOOD family, that is)! There've been a couple of situations that were beyond our control & KWFord went above & beyond the call, in getting services done on my car after my husband had passed away. I would go NO WHERE ELSE to purchase a vehicle!

I bought my 2023 explorer just before Christmas last year. I am totally in love with it! The whole process was easy and enjoyable (nothing like my last few purchases at other dealerships). I told my salesman what I wanted/needed, what I could afford and he did the rest. Within a few minutes of being there I was test driving what now is my car and fell in love. Thank you Jake (my salesman) for putting me in the perfect vehicle!

Everything went well but dinged them because of communication isses - once I was able to make an appointment. After several phone calls and messages left (no call back), over several days, I finally went online and made an appointment. I left a message online (in my appointment notes) that said what my problem was and asked if they have ever seen this before and could fix it. I asked that someone call me before I drive 30 minutes to get there. I did not get a response. I finally called again (probably the 5th call) and was able to confirm. They did fix my problem in a fairly timely manner.
It just seems that service is short handed and there might be something wrong with the phone service.

Purchased my 2023 F150 from Sales Rep Brent Yarski. Transaction was smooth and the gentleman in finance was great as well. I plan to make this my dealership for future purchases.
